GOG SE/AE Q

I recently bought the PC version from GOG and installed the SE portion that has a few of the CC content preDL'd. My Q is this: When installing the AE update, is there a way to not have some of the CC content installed? Most of the content that is included I simply have no desire to have (much like my PS4 version where I can choose not to DL a lot of content) but as the GOG version I guess is "offline", there isn't any option to log into Bethesda's mod list nor CC to DL only what I want

I do use Vortex if that helps.
