Do archery perks affect crossbows?

So I know that the archery skill in general and enchantments affect crossbows but I was specifically wondering about the perk that makes you draw your bow faster or the paralyse perk. Do they affect the crossbows too?

Yes, all the perks of archery are common so enemies can be staggered with the Power Shot perk and the quick draw perk too.
