which children should I adopt in Skyrim/hearthfire?

i am choosing whitch child i should adopt in the game; skyrim, can you help me, i am only allowed to adopt up to two children:

You have to adopt Sofie. She's alone selling flowers on the frozen streets of Windhelm to survive, an actual miserable existence compared to any of the others.

I always make sure to buy her flowers as well to keep her going until the house is ready.
