Construction Item ID retrieval?

Is there any way to retrieve the Item ID of an item in my inventory (construction, not modded)? The closest thing I can find is if I drop the item and then click the item with the console open it gives me an ID, but it isn't the actually Item ID it seems to be some sort of unique ID?

That's a reference ID, which is specific to that item, while a base ID is the master ID for every instance of that item. I can't think of anyh easy way to get a base ID out of the game, thankfully UESP has them all listed for vanilla.
