It just makes me wanna pull my own hair and scream that i can't kill these 2 creeps
They should've lost their damn essential status after choosing not to kill paarthamax (sp?)
And Delphine never liked the dragonborn to begin with and the blades from elder scrolls 4 would've never used the dragonborn on skyrim. She think she was some friggin badass just because she duel wielded swords but their was nothing protagonist about Delphine she was a antagonist and i hate how when you get a bounty the game acts as though she's some hero.

Re: Delphine and Esbern
I wish their essential status would go away, too. Like, you'd be able to complete the Paarthurnax quest by either killing Paarthurnax (wtf whyyyy) or killing off the Blades.

Re: Delphine and Esbern
I actually think that if not Delphine, at least Esbern is kinda interesting, and I wouldn't want them killed... Though at the same time I agree that if you're going to have to kill Paarthurnax, you should have had an equivalent quest to hit out at the two Blades agents if you wanted to side with the Greybeards instead of the dragon slayers.
Actually, I wouldn't have minded extending that in scope to being able to off a couple of Greybeards. It would be interesting to have to take them on in an epic battle of your powerful shouts versus their powerful shouts... Likely all at the same time since those guys are always too close together, but that would add to the fun and challenge, in my opinion. Though you'd probably have to initiate combat yourself since those monks get [&@%!] off, but don't actually want to attack you themselves.
Also, if you're going to kill the Blades leaders, it would be interesting and add to the challenge if any people you brought into the Blades took up arms in defense of the Blades leaders, which provides the potential to have numerous combatants similar to the fact that in my scenario you're going to be against all of the Greybeards.

If you sided with the Empire, you should be able to report them to Ondolemar.

Re: Delphine and Esbern
Hope I'm not too late on this topic, lol.
As I mentioned in the Greybeards or Blades thread, Delphine and Esbern are pretty much an afterthought. Delphine outright disrespects you and Esbern just follows her around. I'm surprised Delphine isn't a secondary antagonist in the main quest (although one could argue she is).

Re: Delphine and Esbern
If I had a chance to make things better, the issue of whether or not you kill Paarthunax would last only until the conclusion of the Main Quest. If you keep Parthy alive until the end when he quits the Throat of the World and sets out to teach the other dragons, you can go back to Sky Haven and convince the Blades that their request is now impossible. Having saved the world should be effort enough to be welcomed back into the group.
Baurus: Our job is to get the Emperor out of situations like this. Though I'll admit, things aren't going exactly to plan.
Casandra: At the moment, the deadliest weapon at my disposal is a goblin's head on a stick. I'd be worried if this was the plan.

Re: Delphine and Esbern
I can heard the Blades now:
"You decided to let him LIVE?!?!? And you let him FLY AWAY so he could TEACH the OTHER DRAGONS?!?!? WHAT'S HE TEACHING THEM?!?!?"
