Crashing on startup

Hey all, I finally have my computer up and running again and have (supposedly) all patches and the new expansion (Morrowind had yet to be released when my computer died last year, but I had already pre-ordered the expansion).

Now when I press play, the game tries to start, but crashes to desktop after a couple of minutes. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I'm just now using the repair option to see if that helps.

I haven't had that happen, but I've often had to shut down ESO because it would just do nothing when it was supposed to be logging in to the character selection screen, or loading a new location after going through a door, climbing a ladder, etc.

I had to uninstall and re-install, but now it's working.

I hope that didn't take too long! It sure took a long time to download and install on my desktop computer and laptop.

Downloading the game only took about an hour and a half for me. I don't know how long it took to download the Morrowind Expansion because I let it run while I was at work.
