Are you talking about making ice cream from scratch without an ice cream maker?

Ooo, apple slices with toffee sauce on cherry icecream sounds appealing. Sorry, just thought of it now. Pizza flavour icecream would be an interesting flavour.
They make tabasco-flavored ice cream at the Tabasco Hot Sauce factory in Avery Island, about 2 or so hours from where I live. It's disgusting.
However, they do make tabasco-flavored dark chocolate, which is actually pretty good. It's really not tabasco just thrown into a vat of chocolate (vinegar would probably do horrible things to chocolate; I mean, it instantly curdles milk), it's just cayenne pepper mixed with dark chocolate. Has a really sharp, spicy aftertaste but is way better than you'd expect.
Also of note; potato chip chocolate and bacon chocolate. Both much better than you'd think.

I think I mentioned the mutant carrots that grow in the veggie plot, and look, they're ready for picking!
Hidden:
...That's whacked. What variety are they? Not sure what'd cause that, maybe planted too close together, shoddy soil or not enough water. How's the flavor?
^I'll have to ask. I just took the photo when I was visiting. Got to get a pic of things that are weird.
Yeah, not sure about the strange growth. They got sufficient water/rain, and I think the soil was good. Perhaps too close together, like you say, or another theory we had was little stones in the soil.
In the second pic, you can see that the very top where the green foliage is, is normal, but then the whole carrot just spouts into tentacle legs after that.
They ain't carrots! They are not even wonky. You failed to even grow wonky Veg, Aarah, you smeeeeeeeegheeeeeeeeeeead. But joking aside, the shape reminds me of a certain veg. Or fruit. Darn it, i cannea remember it. On the plus side, you can use it in soup or use as decoration or use it on ways that carrots are not normally used. (or go into business and sell ninja mutant carrots)
You may have Almonds, Beta but can you do Pizza flavoured porridge in the same of a burger?

I didn't grow em. I just documented their oddness.
I was told that more carrots got picked (about 15) and most of them were mutants aswell. Some looked like a pair of trousers.
Unfortunately no one took a pic of them before they were chopped up.
Then they are in violation of gardener's directive ##21843232 subsection 09321.
You lucky thing, Baloth. Most conferences(i think) tend to just do the standard ham, cheese or something else buffet.
I intend to do pasta today. Instead of having olives in the sauce, gonna to use polamy/palomy(Basically cooking bacon sausage that one slices and use as they see fit) in the sauce. Using half today, the other half is being saved for meatballs tomorrow. Usual cheese ontop and tomorrow, it may be a bit redunant but ketchup. I will be putting ketchup on meatballs. One day, I'll get to use real meatballs again or make me own. Though homemade Dovah meatballs would be a lot bigger. I dislike that they tend to be small.
Oh and it's christmas food/halloween season so grab the candy/sweets, get the mince pies etc.... Though i kinda would try my hand at proper ones that contain mince and proper gravy. Not the fruit filled ones. As for the halloween crap? Reduced after halloween and maybe, i'll grab some. Oh and never buy toffee apples in my part of england. At least, not from supermarkets. The apples they use are crap. If I cared to and had the budget to, i would get a ton of toffee/carmel, get decent sized apples(Not the bloody fun sized stuff. In fact, fun sized stuff is not fun! Just call it kid sized because that is what they are intended for!) and cover them in it. Same with chocolate apples. Though i personally say, sod the apple, eat the chocolate. Though chocolate covered banana sounds like a much better combination.
Oh and because it's halloween, *sighs* there's "Spooky" flavours. That ain't spooky. If Haribo did a cornish pasty flavour, that would be a bit spooky because it's freaking cornish pasty flavoured sweets!

Gonna be making Jambalaya today. Already got some of that tomato stock pre-made so that I could add in that rich flavor, and also got some pork chops cut and marinating* over night
The jambalaya itself is pretty straight forward, and really could be a dish on it's own, but I gotta use that pork before it's too late.. And I'm a much bigger fan of giving each their own attention unlike, say, smoked sausage or chicken, which I could just add in right away
What I plan on doing with the pork is searing off both sides in a hot pan and using all that oil n fat to cook off some halved small onions, deglaze with some chicken stock, then add back in the pork so that it could cook under a gentle simmer. I can basically reuse all that porky, chicken delicious stock to help make the actual jambalaya(or the rice to be more precise) along with that lovely tomato flavor later on, and the same pan as well for everything else
The only thing this is missing is some homemade cornbread.. Oh well >__<
*And speaking of the pork. Aside from having it cut up into nice portions n keeping some of the scrap meat on the bone, I got them marinating in some of that tomato stock(to tenderize it) and some olive oil, thyme, garlic, and salt/pepper

So today I ventured out a bit of my comfort, and bought two pork loins to make a roast >_> Safe to say, I needed help, but here's the kicker. Pork roast? Nah nah nah, let's throw some Asian spice at this
Basically, aside from actually cooking it in the oven, I took care of everything else. Basically rubbed down the loins with a sesame/honey glaze, and paired it along with some root veg i.e ginger, garlic cloves, carrot, leek, and then added in a small splash of chicken broth to the bottom mid-way to help keep everything tender. Served with some white rice and and peas, and I gotta say, sure as hell beats a standard pork roast

Eh, sounds iffy. Needs cucumber, some sort of tomato, and toasting the bread somehow*. It's a toss up between if BBQ or sundried tomato pesto+mayo is better(though I'm not of fan of mayo itself, so I know which of the two I personally would pick)
:
And speaking of mayo, you can use that instead of butter as your spreadable fat choice for toasting bread. I mean, it makes sense why it would work, it's just egg, oil, and fat in a more spreadable form. And since you won't need alot and it'll get caramelized, it won't carry over that mayo-flavor.. Where as butter will melt and get soaked in.. And sometimes that's exactly not what you want(butter soaked bread? Umm, no)

Bacon needs no allies. It can hold its own in a simple sandwich. It doesn't even need ketchup. Sure, the red stuff gives it that extra tang and flavour, if you're in the mood, but anything else is somewhat of a third wheel. Bacon, bread, butter/marg. Needs no more. That bacon taste is too splendiforous to hide behind other flavours. Hey, sometimes it's just too good to not take out from between its bready partners and just eat solo.
Hmm... a plain bacon and butter sandwich can be nice. 'Specially for breakfast. But I prefer BLTs. If you get that fresh tomato and the bacon cooked just right? Yum. ^-^
If you're happy and you know it clap your hands. *clap clap*
There is a huge difference between a BLT(Which is lovely) and pure bacon. Pure bacon is bacon and ketchup. Tis traditional to have bacon baps over here and nothing beats a nice hot bap on a cold winter's morning and a nice cuppa.
