You can't use an image directly from your own computer; it has to be uploaded online somewhere. I generally use imgur for image hosting needs, but there may be better options out there. Either way, whatever host you use will give you a URL that you can use within the tags.

Here's some recent pictures of me. My hair is back at the length where I can tie it up again and my hair is back to my natural brown. It used to be I always wore my hair loose which is fine, but I like getting more variety out of it. So I do both these days.

I feel as though that photo was taken by one of the first years, while you were enthusiastically jogging during a campus tour, water bottle in hand to keep you hydrated on the move, the first years keeping pace to follow you as you lead them to the appropriate destinations, while every so often you would stop and shout "This way everyone!" only to commence on the journey once again.

Yes, I got a lot from that photo.

@Dirty Spaceman: That flask is great isn't it? None of this leaking nonsense, you can put any liquid you want in it and nobody could tell, you even get a little clip if you want to use that. I really like it, much nicer than the plastic ones with suck tops/filters.

In fact there's an entire team of engineering leaders devoted to media, it was one of them who took the photo. I was leaving my own leader team's session of moving first-years into residence, and heading for a shift I'd signed up for to help them check in and receive their orientation gear.

Funny enough, straight-up tours aren't really part of the repertoire for the role I'm in, though we do take the first-years around campus quite a bit.
