Yay, he did it! I agree, Teal has good taste because that red & black suit looks nice on young you.

Re: Post a Picture of yourself!
@Aarah Thank you <3 I envy you for being a natural blonde! Thick hair can be a curse at times. The first salon I inquired at asked me for over 300$ while their original price was 80$. Unfair lol.
Nope I don't use any products. Everyone in my family has thick hair. Anyway it also depends on what I do with my hair when it's wet. If I brush it down, it gets flat. Since I have a side parting, I have to tease it to the opposite side and let it airdry. Once it's dry I just push it back to my usual side and it gets extra poofy.

@DP
It's a dark ash blonde, mousy really, so not a nice bright blonde, but I suppose it does make it easy to colour.
Wow, that's a huge price difference! I'm sure you've not got three and a half heads worth of hair. Cheeky salon!
No product? So it's just naturally like that? Fab!

Alright, you folks are in for a rare treat. A-it's a picture of me. B-I'm smiling. C-It's ridiculous.
Taken this past Christmas morning, I call it, "scrib tries on every piece of Holiday themed clothing he received (as well as a pair of work gloves) and choose the stylistic option of wearing candy cane-stuffed cowboy boot boxers over his pants while simultaneously having a bed case of bed-head, just like a super obvious man muffin top, and obnoxiously short beard". Please enjoy.

Re: Post a Picture of yourself!
I've posted pics here before, from time to time, but yeah it is a fairly rare event. And the beard was pitifully short there because I was trying to keep it trim and tidy for my subbing job.
But thank you both.

Re: Post a Picture of yourself!
Everyone should want a beard that badly. Beards are great.
And right now it's still shorter than I've had it, but it's been so hot I needed a little bit of relief. In that picture it was probably a little under an inch or so. It's about twice as long now at like an inch and a half. Longest I've had it is about 2.5 inches or so. It's curly when it's longer, so doesn't hang down like I'd like it to do, but it does get nice and thick (hence shorter in the summer time to stay cool).

I must admit, I would like to grow a beard, if I was a man.scribbane wrote:Everyone should want a beard that badly. Beards are great.
There's so many styles you can have, and so many lengths. You can have lots of different looks. And in the Winter, it's a natural blanket for your face (and a natural scarf if it's long enough).
And when you get bored of it, you can get rid of it easy peasy and start with a blank canvas.

Re: Post a Picture of yourself!
There's a thing with guys with beards (at least in my experience) that I like to call beard respect. A good beard not only deserves respect for being good, but also respecting that each guy is limited in styles. Some guys rock the long wizard beard amazingly well, but can't pull off a tight cropped beard. Mutton chops look ludicrous on some folks, but there are a select few that can rock it. This can sometimes lead to competition, but more often than not it's politely acknowledged. Bearded men usually give each other the nod as a sign of respect for their beards.
But yeah, beards are great for everybody.

I'm not big on pictures involving my face anymore, but you can see my hand scratching my friend's incredibly adorable dog.
I wish I could get to babysit him some days.

Awwh he's so smol. I normally have a mild case of cynophobia but dogs are adorable from a distance. I love how he's sitting on your lap so patiently. Seems pretty well-mannered.

He is! He's like the politest dog ever. He only jumped off when his owner came back outside, which is okay because at that point I ceased to exist for him and I understand that.
