Well, Shame on him then  But really, some guys carry bags/sacks/backpacks when going about, some don't, and some just do it for certain occasions

I know from experience, alot of the male nurses tend to carry backpacks to work, mostly stocked up with personal needs I.e food or hydration >_> one of them even has it hooked up to be a camelback, with a tube that runs through it. Perfect for filling up on some water >_> or to make a new protein shake mix

I know personally, if I'm out and about with family or something.. I got something that's awkward and cumbersome to carry? Here, I'm smashing it in this bag or on this stroller/cart for a moment <_< probably bc I need my hands then
----------
Btw, I know I've never quiet given any examples on how I look or my prefered style aside from a text description, so I was digging around for some photos to show.. bc, I mean, Cass keeps throwing examples left right and center(Bless ya)

So here's a go :D These are from a radio talk interview me and my friend Clinton did during the summer of our graduation along with the School's Director/Principal

I agree, that's a nice hoodie.

I see you've also got something in common with Cassandra, with your matching bracelet things and neck thing.

I hope there was some cool special effects added after the show. (I know it's radio, but why else the green fabric?)

@Dae: I graduated at 2012, so about 5 years now?

@Aarah: It was a studio owned by my childhood friend's dad, who just so happens to do alot of photography and recordings. I recall him getting a tape of the whole interview, but mainly just for the records where as the radio stuff went live and local

Same here. Literally didn't freeze once last winter. I do rock some long sleeve shirts in winter though.

I generally don't do this but I sometimes do haha, it's just convenient. If I'm driving you're definitely holding (and possibly operating) my phone but that's kinda not related to said bag issue. Being a bit tongue in cheek but I think you get the point.

School related stuff, expectations for college, mild debate. Simple and non-scripted things ya know

I mean, a big aim at it was to promote the school, especially when you got grads that have been there for 13years total(I.e K-12th) when the school first opened up. So every week in the summer they had one of us to be interviewed along with a fellow classmate/friend.

It was actually fun. Then again, Clinton and I were pals and the Principal has that charismatic humor, so I mean, of course we had some laughs

What kind of t-shirts do you go for? Plain, baggy, movie images, etc?

A growing number of them are Rooster Teeth branded, since I'm a huge fan and a member of their monthly goody box. Otherwise, if I'm buying them, they tend to be solid, dark colors (blacks, blues, greys, etc) because they go well with everything, and I'm typically shopping the 3 for $10 rack at Walmart. I hate having to find "outfits" and go with the idea of everything I own should be able to be worn with anything else. As much as possible, at least; I'm not going to wear a t-shirt with dress pants etc. And yeah, all of my shirts are baggy because I'm fat and baggier is comfier haha.

I would but this is absolutely impossible in FL. That being said, yes long sleeves do indeed look good. It's one of the few things I like about winter.

I'm like 90% the same way. Only difference is my job (and hobbies) more or less involve outside tasks so my work clothes is basically same as regular clothes except for company name on the shirt. I also have an exclusive line of clothing I like to call the Joe Dirt Look. The Joe Dirt Look (JDL) is for when I'm doing a lot of work in the yard or working on a vehicle. It basically consists of cut off sleeve shirts, cargo shorts (the pockets reallllllly come in handy when working on cars) and me doing Joe Dirt impressions or randomly quoting the movie.

Dude, cargo shorts are the best. It's like that line from Stepbrothers, "There's so much space for activities!" I don't even need that much pocket space, but it is certainly nice to know I have it if I need it.

God bless you. That being said I think this makes us old. Joking aside though as a kid I always loved the idea of rocking a vest with various pockets alongside the cargo pants and fanny pack. I dunno where this comes from but I at this point in time my theory points to Vince Vaughns character in Jpark 2.

I had to Google fanny pack, we call those bum bags here, lol. (Awkward name difference for that item.)

Do people still wear those? I've only ever seen one in a photo of my sis when she was young, and I think Tom Selleck was wearing one in Three Men and a Baby.
(And apparently Vince Vaughn too, though I don't recall his one.)

I agree about the cargo shorts. I used to have a pair of cargo trousers that had zips around the knee that made the whole lower leg part come off, thus making them into shorts.
They were like 'adventure trousers' back then.

Friend, we are definitely old. I know it's true for me, and I'm going to guess the same for you, but I was born an old man and it only gets more pronounced each year.

I had a bum bag (way better term) at one point when I did a lot of travelling. Useful in some cases, and I would wear it under my shirt actually, to help keep stuff safe. I was always paranoid that when I was in more populated places, things would get stolen. Never wore one as an actual accessory though.

Oh dear god, I remember the pants/shorts craze. I had more than a few pairs of those in like, middle school I think (so like 15 years ago haha). Never got to take advantage of them really because despite Maryland weather being bonkers, it was never so nuts that wearing pants in the morning meant needing shorts in the afternoon or anything.

Ha ha, yeah, same here. I think I only wore them a couple of times.
I always figured they would come in handy if you suddenly wanted to enter a shallow body of water and go for a paddle, or fish, or retrieve something, etc. Funnily enough that never occurred.

Do you remember shellsuits? I think they were more of an 80s thing but they must have gone well into the 90s too because I remember every member of my family, except my Dad, having one.

No. And I don't think Vaughn's character had one either but not sure. Just that when I was a kid I liked the look of having like a million accessories strapped to your body 'just in case.'

Be yourself. Unless you can be Batman. Then be Batman.

And now it's my turn to have to look something up. Shellsuits.....oh god those people are wearing parachutes. I vaguely remember them, but don't think they were really popular around me when I was growing up...and thank god.

Gees, the shell suits you get when you Google them are a lot wackier than the ones we had. Ours were much more tame.
Though mine was still bright pink because I was about 5 or something.

I don't think they were that popular around here either. My mum wasn't an avid follower of 90s English fashion.

I feel far too young right now. I do know what a fannypack is though. My brothers used to carry those everywhere when they were little. But then again, my eldest brother also owned a propeller hat...you know, those stereotypical hats that kids wore in cartoons, rainbow ones with a little helicopter fan on top.

Yes! Those hats look funny! I like the hats with small umbrellas attached to them too.

Don't worry about being too young for 90s fashion. It's all in the past. *cringejoke*

I don't think there's anyone here old enough to talk about what they wore in the 80s.
I've been watching The Goldbergs which is set in the 80s, and the hairdos and jumpers are great!

80s hair is where it's at. My mom always talks about how my aunt would tease up her hair and then "scrunch for confidence" before going out.

But honestly, 80s fashion? They had some great stuff back then. Some not as great stuff as well, but they had some cool looks going on. I especially like Laura Ashley dresses from the 80s. Some of those floral tea dresses? Oh, so pretty.
