Here's a picture of the (faux) leather jacket a got last year.

This isn't the exact one (mine is not real leather and was way cheaper than this one, but they look pretty much the same.

@Beta&dp: Why are y'all so surprised that I changed my status? I legit had "I don't even know anymore." before this. I was looking for something to change it to.

@Aarah: Ooh, looks nice! It would go with a lot of outfits, too. Is it very comfortable?

@Cass
Yes, it is comfortable.
It's pretty warm too, so I can't wear it now that it's Summer.

Yeah, you can kind of dress it up or down, which is nice.
I tend to wear it with heeled black ankle boots, as it looks smarter and doesn't really go that well with trainers.

Also, I just realised that on mine the pockets don't have zips.

Leather jackets and Dubai don't mix well tbh.

How warm is it in Winter?

It's about 15-18°C sadly. So yes, t-shirt weather.

So no snuggly Winter coat, scarf and hat for you, then!

I feel like I've forgotten something if I go out without wearing a jacket or coat. Those weird Summer months. Lol.

That's handy for your wardrobe, as you don't need to have two categories of clothing.
And when you go out shopping, you can show off whatever great outfit you're wearing without having to hide it all under a coat.

That's one thing I really don't like about the winter. Your outfits are always stuck under your coat. And then, if you want to take off your coat to show off your outfit, you've got to carry it around with you. Most bothersome.

Totally. And carrying one's coat draped over your arm kind of ruins the look.
Same thing for bags sometimes.
It's nice to not carry a bag around but I'm like Prepared Peter and like to have all the things that I might need with me.

I don't like carrying bags around with me, either. So I don't. But then I never have what I need with me, which is kind of annoying.

Another thing about bags is if you're out with a guy who declares 'men don't need bags' and then gives you things of his to carry in your bag for him.

*has never been out with a guy*

But no, I'm the exact same. If you have a bag, there is a 60% chance that I'll ask to put my stuff in it. There's also a 40% chance that I'll just try to put my stuff in without asking.

You heard it here first folks...
Cassandra is a self confessed reverse pickpocket.

So you're saying there's a 100% chance of your stuff going in someone else's bag.
Hmm, maybe I would 'forget' to take them out.

Aarah will try to steal your stuff if you give it to her to hold.

Yup yup. I don't want to hold my stuff. Someone's got to do it. Might as well be someone with a bag.

But they brought a bag to hold their own stuff. It's not a communal bag. And their shoulders will have to bear the extra weight of your abandoned belongings.

Speaking of bags...do you have many? I have accumulated several over the years (quiye a fre as gifts) but I only use one day to day, and one if I'm going out in the evening.

My belongings aren't abandoned! If they were, I wouldn't mind you stealing them!

I don't have a ton, no. And all of the ones I do have I was given as gifts, too, so that's nice. Though it means that the majority of them are quite brightly coloured and on the smaller side, and I don't know exactly what I think of that. I mean, I've got purses in blue, purple, green, and black. I use the blue one most often, followed by the purple one.

What I really want is one of these. My mom's got one and it's super nice.

No! Unshake that head right this minute!

I have never been at fault for burdening others for my sheer convenience :wat: But oh.. The amount of phones or stuff handed to me bc 'my pockets are bigger and you don't want it falling out' bah!! Y'all aren't so innocent either <_<

(Glosses over the fact he always brings a sack-pack whenever going to special events, carrying rescue hoodies n other goodies)

Edit: Btw, has anybody here ever been forced(or I guess volunteered) to participate in a fashion show? Raise your hand if you have (That's right, you heard me right)

I always ask people to carry my phone whoops. Stay away from me if you have a bag or big pockets cause I occasionally also ask people to carry my makeup. I made my brother carry my lipstick in his camera bag once.

To clarify, I wasn't saying that all men will give you their stuff. I was talking about this one guy I know that states that he/men don't need bags, which is silly because he clearly has stuff that needs holding (and lots of men do use bags).

Lots of people in general are the 'can you hold this' type; I do it myself too. (Though not very often because of always having an ample sized swiss army bag :P ).
