Hey all so i was wondering if anyone ever had this issue before or knew how to fix it
While doing the quest The Break of Dawn i tried using my Throw Voice shout, and only one word came out Zul... yes i held down my Shout button. So i tried again...held down my shout button, no shout, tried again.... Zul .... I thought ok maybe this was just a little bug that needed to be reset. Reset the game, Same issue, thought it was just the shout was buggy, changed to Unrelenting force, Only Fus or nothing, Reset the console, Nothing, changed controllers...nothing....
Did some more research online....Tried changing weapons, no difference, Slept, nothing, reloaded a save, nothing, charged up a Magic spell like Lightning Bolt to see if it was just a charge issue, nothing.... So now I'm stuck with a character that can only shout the first word to ever Shout. Info about character that may help in case its just a build/character issue
0 Mods, Wood Elf Level 19, Werewolf, Sneak/Archer Build, completed main story line up to Alduin's wall (wanted to do some side quests before continuing the main story line), approached Solstheim just to get into a couple dungeons for other faction side quests. I also noticed i have the 2 Drain Vitality Shout bug also when checking my shouts to see if it was an issue with the single shout Throw Voice....
If anyone can give me anymore advice into something i could do to fix this, i practically ran out of options here

Have you tried switching camera modes? Or maybe clearing the system cache?
It might be new character time, for you. Either that or just continue to play without shouts, which is perfectly viable except for when it's required by a quest.

Probably a stupid question (not that that ever stops me) but you have unlocked the second and third words of Throw Voice with another two dragon souls, right? (Just checking... )
