There wasn't a lot of news. They gave the Crown prices for unfurnished homes:
Apartments - 1000
Small - 3100 to 4000
Medium - 5000 to 6500
Large - 7500 to 8500
Manor - 10,000

They also discussed balance changes and housing, and there was a very interesting feature about concept art in ESO which is worth watching.

Apparently, they didn't prioritise storage in homes because 50% of players have never upgraded their bags at all, and less than 3% of players have maxed out all of their possible upgrades. Lots of us on the official forum are boggling at this 50% number and wondering if they included everyone who has ever made an ESO account, including people who have only played for 2 hours.

I was really really hoping player housing would "contain" storage. That 50% number is indeed mind-boggling.
