"Now you're wondering: What were the games like? Were you worried about getting losing? Was it intense? The answer to all of those questions is, I did [&@%!] all, I can survive the destruction of my body, and if you count getting into a random fist fight and spraining your ankle intense on your ten day walk through the woods as intense, then yes.

"First, let me talk about this whole "killing people thing". Too much work. Really. A few people got into the whole "kill or be killed" thing, but really, you just need to walk away from those weirdos and most of it will sort itself out. There were these alliances, and I felt really bad for them. It's not a team event, it was doomed from the start. 'Ooh, let's team up and fight off against these people but then we have to fight each other.' Idiots. At least that one alliance saved us time by removing themselves from play.

"But then, it really was just walking around in the woods, waiting for those other people to figure out it out. Anyway, I got bored after a bit more than a week went by, and I went home. I have to say, the group I played with was quite fun for the most part. I hope we can get together for another game someday soon, maybe something that takes less time? Like laser tag. Everyone likes laser tag.

"... Wait, they all died, for REAL? What the hell is wrong with you people?"

They told stories together, of battleships and times long gone.
They laughed and they swooned, their eyes catching glimpses of one another's soul.
But most of all, the tomcat remembered that night they talked for hours, hearing rustling in the bushes. She had made him cry for the first time since he was a young kitten.

One tear came again, as the little yellow cat laid wild heather on Avron's chest. Lifting his body up from the ground, he remembered home, looking up to the skies as cannon fire deafened his ears.
It was finally over.
But the battle within was only beginning.

I genuinely did not expect to get past the first night, so this is quite a shock to me.
