When I was building this PC, I put the CPU on the wrong angle - a few degrees off. This had the effect of bending a few pins. An honest mistake. Anyway, I had to replace the CPU. This could only be achieved by paying for a new one - logically, no? - and the money for that had to come from somewhere. Goodbye GPU. Any, now my [&@%!] who pass themselves off as friends decided - like the [&@%!] they are - that I was deserving of being called "The Halfwit Moron who Forgot his GPU". This is something I describe as immensely goddamn annoying. THEY WOULD HAVE TO BUY A REPLACEMENT CPU IF THEIR CPU'S PINS GOT BENT! THEY SHOULD TRY CONJURING MONEY OUT OF THIN AIR!

so for decades the established, sane, intelligent, legitimate, etc etc system trundles along and then suddenly POW the finance industry implodes because it was behaving like a bag of deranged monkeys with no one watching over it as long as the bottom line seemed to be in order and following this humungous sh*tstorm which by the way is tied in with a property bubble affecting millions of home owners and occupiers, the politicians decide the best course of action is to bail out the financiers unless they were so obviously stupid/crooked the white collar laws actually allowed them to be convicted, so the plebs are all left paying for fundamental flaws in a system which supposedly 'makes the world go round' for decades to come, and whilst the banks see their balance sheet look happier people are still being evicted from their homes, and nearly a decade after this the democratically elected powers that be are no closer to giving any support or justice for the plebs burned in the crash who propped the whole rotten system back up

so is it any wonder people have used the only outlet remaining to vote the way they have this year. I hope the media and politicians don't spin Brexit and Prez Trump as some sort of right wing insurgence following an unavoidable financial crash.. That would make me really angry

Not a proper rant but just something I need to get off my chest. No job at end of 2016 and laziness starting to set in again. Screw that! Need to get up when me alarm goes off! Not go back to sleep! Stupid cold room and warm bed!

Fortunately, no signs of depression and am in a stronger place then I was a year ago. 2017, I am getting a damn job. Why the [&@%!] is it so hard to get a Eurobeat station running on Pandora? I put in half a dozen Eurobeat songs to seed the station with and an artist named [&@%!] Super Eurobeat and the site is all like "well he must want to hear trance music." No! [&@%!] trance! It sucks! So why after thumbing up a million Eurobeat songs including music from the mother [&@%!] Initial D soundtrack am I still getting this [&@%!] Basshunter [&@%!] trance music? What, because Eurobeat has "trance influences?" It's also influenced heavily by disco and heavy metal, mother [&@%!]. Just try playing some disco on this station. I [&@%!] dare you.

I've heard the criticism before about Pandora that it does nothing but prove that peoples' taste in music is easily codified and predicted by an algorithm, but I think what this experiment has proven is that no, the [&@%!] still can't figure out that when I put in a [&@%!] of Eurobeat to seed the station and thumb everything else down I want to listen to some god-damned Eurobeat! I know that Eurobeat isn't super popular outside of Japan and maybe Italy, but God damn I'm trying to immerse myself in music from outside the cultural boundaries of my home country. [&@%!] sue me. I know you guys have the music in your database, so there's absolutely no excuse for getting it confused with a totally unrelated genre from a different time period popularized on the other side of the planet from the music I'm trying to listen to.

This also happened when I tried to make a station based on Daft Punk. I got Daft Punk, but I also got Deadmau5. Now I'm willing to let that one slide because I like Deadmau5 but let me be absolutely clear when I say that Deadmau5 and Daft Punk have absolutely [&@%!] all to do with each other besides the fact that they're popular with people who like European dance music, and that's fine but I thought the entire point of Pandora was to find music similar to the music that I already like. Now I'm listening to heavy metal on a Pandora station that's supposed to be about Japanese dance music circa the 1980s to 1990s shaking my head and wondering why it's so hard to put two and two together on this one.

The only explanation I can think of is that some [&@%!] on-staff at Pandora knows absolutely [&@%!]-all about dance music and has just decided that everything is either trance music or house music; or they did it on purpose to fool someone they hate into listening to their [&@%!] selection of music. Well [&@%!] that [&@%!].

"Oh, Crawl, it sounds like you have something in mind. Maybe you should just buy the album." I'm not spending a hundred and fifty bucks on an import album when I already know for a fact that Pandora has the album I'm looking for and more in its database.

Oh, I have an arguably unhealthy attachment to my laptop as well. It's my life's stabilizing thing, among my prized possesions, one of the most trustworthy things in my life, etc. I panic if harm comes to it as well. It's odd, but I can trust it more than any one person in my life. I am pathetic.

And also, [&@%!] this country. I can't trust getting a simple drink of water because the gov. puts garbage like fluoride in our water without our consent. It's public knowledge that they do this too. The self service checkout has limited space. Two buggies in that space = little room for the bloke next to you IE, ME!, to use the checkout there. Never, have I had to actually back out of the space because a parent had to move her buggy. FFS. Don't use self service checkouts if you have buggies, trolleys or more then 10 items! It's supposed to be quick. I do not want to worry about moving when paying for stuff and moving to the right to not be in your way is incovenient.

I have the worst luck with laptop chargers it seems, esp. in recent times. I had just gotten my current one about a year ago or less, and it breaks. I've ordered a new one, but I really should be looking at getting a new laptop. I've had my current one for over 4+ years and it's showing its age. I don't like my laptop being out of commission, but I do no research into new machines to fix that issue. It's also hard to backup everything and tweak everything on a new computer. Sigh.................
