Didn't get quest?? Help!

ESO on PC

I'm in the Alik'r desert and was roaming around the Motalion Necropolis and came across Suturah's Crypt and thought "This seems like there should be a quest here" so I looked it up on here and yeah, there's like the main quests in the Alik'r about defeating the Withered Hand, but I didn't get any of them!!
Looking at the quests list for the Alik'r, the best I can figure I got the Trouble at Tava's Blessing quest that said to go talk to Prince Azah and Captain Rawan. I talked to the Captain and that was it. They were just like "Oh, glad you're here" and then didn't give me another quest or any other objective?
HOW DO I FIX THIS??

Some quests only unlock if you have progressed far enough in the zones story line, alik'r is one of the more linear zones. And if you have already progressed a bit in the zone's questline, the reverse pointer quests may also end. Just do the quest line in order, and you should be fine.

I don't have the quest though is the problem. It didnt give it to me.

See this list. You've obviously gotten lost somewhere, so you'll need to figure out how many of those quests you've done and try to find your questgiver.

The last quest I did was Trouble At Tava's Blessing. It was supposed to give me Alassan's Plot, but it didn't. And I've talked to the quest giver and got nothing.

So Prince Azah at Tava's Blessing has no quest to offer you? Have you cleared Tu'whacca's Throne?

He does not and yes, I did.

And you're absolutely positive you've followed the timeline up to here? I guess you could check out the quests on this page and make sure you've done them. It's likely you're just missing a random prerequisite, but you might wanna submit a customer support ticket if you're really not seeing anything.

Yeah, I've done Trouble at Tava's Blessing and the 2 above it on that list

It might be related or not, but ZoS has just published a fix for "The Initiation", as you can read here.
Reading the Alik'r Desert quest list in the wiki, I see The Initiation before the quest you're having problems with, @rioichi4.
