Real Name: Nick (yay, raven, we can be name buddies! ;))

Occupation: World Ruler/Student

Nicknames: Ratty, Ratface (apparently I look like the rat from the film Ratatouille), Neville (apparently I also look like Neville Longbottom from the Harry Potter Films), Sexypants (admittedly, this is a bit of a joke with someone else at school, incidentally, we're both called Nick), Nerd, Geek, Oi you!, etc.,

Music: Most Rock/Metal, REM, Apologise by Timbaland, Pretty much all music from games ('specially Audi Famam Illius) and Weird Al.

Sex (not gender, that's only for words): Last time I checked, I was male.

Random (and slightly strange) fact: I like the smell of clean, slightly damp sponges

Now you know everything there is to know about me, I'm going to have to kill you... Chainsaws, is there any problem they can't solve?

Oh yeah, I forgot one nickname! Some guys on the swim team call me Halo.... I'm not entirely sure why.... They said it's because I look like one of the marines from Halo...

Mine too!

I dont really have any nicknames. Sometimes im referred to as tyler durden well usually just tyler for a few reasons. I dont really get into fights or anything like that but i can get reckless and i share his "crazy" kind of laugh. From time to time ill bust out a fight club quote like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4xrIfFeN7Q
(contains the "f" bomb so ye be warned)

So now for a bit more info on me i guess. While i can be a party boy i still love staying at home and just watching movies. I made a rule for myself back in high school that i stick to to this day. That is if something is going on like my friends are going out or something, i will chose to be social rather than chose to stay at home and play video games or watch a movie. Thats the gist of that rule. Since i hang out with different groups of people i could go out every night if i wanted to but thats too much for me. But i am the type of person to cancel going to a party to simply hang out, watch a movie and go to bed. I really could care less what people think about that. That is fairly rare though.

The reason for that rule is i dont want to fall into a trap of staying home all the time. If i die tomorrow i dont want to look back and say, "wow, i never left the house!" I want to look back and see all the concerts i went to and how much of a good time i had. I want to see me practicing the guitar, practicing kung fu, etc. I want to see the progression in the path to bettering myself and when i wasnt doing that i had a damn good time on road trips to see bands. Had i stayed home i never wouldve met jason bohnam, buddy guy, or victor wooten.

I once heard the term repeater that really stuck with me. That is most people are concerned about the 9-5 and thats it. Work, eat, sleep. That and apathy more than anything else is what makes all these repeaters. Thats why i do all the things i do. If i keep up with all these ambitions imagine where ill be 10yrs from now.

That's a really good rule! Do you mind if I "borrow" it?

I definitely don't wanna look back on my life and realize that I haven't done anything. So one of my goals in life is to visit all continents.

Sure thing!

Ah, good goal. I have one similar to that, but instead of visit id like to go live overseas for a few years. Gotta do it while im still young. I figure ill start in england because of the language barrier wouldnt be a problem.

Then ill decide where to go from there. I have family in italy so maybe there. Plus, italy is freakin beautiful so thats most likely where id go next.

How bout a rule that hardly anyone follows.

Do not fall off the face of the earth and lose your friends when you get a girlfriend.

I managed to do that, probably because my last girlfriend was the least reliable person ever, always cancelling on me with ever-elaborate excuses...

Me: Do you want to do something tonight?
Her: I can't, last night I was just about to fall asleep when this thing flew into my room, it was like a kingfisher but it had mans' legs, and it just sat on top of me and pinned me down and just started pecking me constantly on the bridge of the nose, all night long. So I need to catch up on some sleep.

This then usually resulted in me going to the pub with whoever was around at the time.

Another not-at-all-interesting anecdote from r there. (And I won't get started on my friend who statistically loves me more than her boyfriend because I helped her steal a muffin off someone at work or something, I can't even remember)

Wow, that sucks. I had to stop going out with them when i got my girlfriend. Just because the party scene is for the single man, but now they all got girlfriends too so like we all hang out again. Just stay homw though.

It's by One Republic and produced by Timbaland, listen to Stop and Stare, then listen to Apologize, you will hear the same voice and they are both by One Republic.

All the radio stations were saying it was by Timbaland ft One Republic here, which resulted in an argument between myself and the man (not to be confused with The Man) as to who it was really BY.

He won. I agree, it's One Republic, although in Timbaland's defence he does sing a bit in the song. Some backing vocals that I didn't notice at all until like 8 months after it came out.

I'd go with Timbaland ft. One Republic. Timbaland wrote and produced the song and got One Republic to do the vocals on it. It's the same with how Valerie (who everyone seems to have forgotten was originally by The Zutons) is accredited to Mark 'I like to ruin everything with early '90s hip-hop beats, comedy horns, mismatched guest vocalists and a general lack of talent' Ronson featuring Amy Winehouse.

Apologies to anyone who likes Mark 'I like to ruin everything with early '90s hip-hop beats, comedy horns, mismatched guest vocalists and a general lack of talent, yet still think of myself as a 'producer' and an 'artist' even though neither of these things are true, they imply that I create new things when what I actually do is take things that already exist and make them worse' Ronson here, but if you do and decide to make the fact public I will set you on fire.
