Can someone answer if said add-ons are region locked on Xbox LIVE Martketplace? There are some things that can't be downloaded if the account region and internet region are different and I wonder if the same applies to the add-ons. Thanks.

I can't find any info if the DLC is region locked, or region free. I want to SAY it's free, however I can't find anything solid....Well, unless you live in Japan, then you might run into issues.

^ I found this thread on a forum:
http://www.eurogamer.net/forum/thread/152115?start=60

And here's a quote from one of the members:
HOWEVER...any game add-on DLC from UK Xbox MarketPlace (maps, weapons, episodic chapters etc) WOULD NOT WORK. I tested this with Oblivion, Mass Effect 1 & 2.
If you (or anyone) read the thread the user says he had a US (NTSC-U) Xbox 360 and was trying to download the DLC with a UK (PAL) Gamertag. It didn't work. So perhaps it's safe to assume that it's region locked? Bummer.
