I'm On Chat! Get In Here With Me!

[The SheoDovah]

Provided it doesn't drain data, i am in chat. If it does(Doing an hour run to see if it's worth the data usuage or not), expect me to be in chat a lot. By that, i mean, if it doesn't drain data.

[Velvet LeChance]

I'm more fun than you remember, promise.

[The SheoDovah]

Come and chat with me. Forever and ever and ever and ever.

[Gandalf]

Sup. It's a bit dark in here.

[The SheoDovah]

[philfredobob]

My laptop's headphone slot is broken, otherwise I'd sit in the plugdj spot instead. So without that, I'm just chilling in here. Join, if it please you.

[The SheoDovah]

Chat is quiet, i have to sleep early(by my standards) tonight thus can't chat later. Come and chat to an ol' Dovah.

[The SheoDovah]

Yo, it's dead in chat. Come join me! JOIN ME! J-O-I-N M-E! No? Cool.

[Tayra]

Every time I try to connect to the chat, my irc client tells me it can't establish a connection (and my computer is old enough that the in-browser option won't work at all). But I have questions and want to chat! I mean, I *know* I'm only just getting to a game that other people have been playing for absolutely ages, but surely if people are still posting, things are still active... right?

[The SheoDovah]

What IRC client are you using?

[Tayra]

What IRC client are you using?

Ircle, on a Mac. I can access other irc networks, so the software itself works. And I've tried specifying port 9090, like .. uh, somewhere on the site said to, but I've also tried the server without specifying a port. Either case, I get:

Looking up IP number for irc.uesp.net:9090
Found IP number: 70.38.68.148
Contacting server irc.uesp.net:9090
Could not establish a connection with irc.uesp.net:9090
Connection with irc.uesp.net:9090 closed

It felt like, while the machine is there, the irc service isn't running on it anymore. Which didn't surprise me (game is old-ish), but then I found this thread with current dates, and... yeah.

[The SheoDovah]

Try the forum chat link located next to the User Control Panel. Could be just the IRC is not picking up or Xertion is not supported by it. This is the link for the full mibbit version. https://client00.chat.mibbit.com/?serve ... uespforums

[MARS]

Come chat while I wind down from a turbulent weekend!

[The SheoDovah]

Yo, peeps, come into chat and chat!

[MARS]

Coming to chat with me is only a whim away.

[The SheoDovah]

Chat's dead atm so come on in and liven it up!
