I delete save games and the next time they are back.

I often make new characters and I always delete the savegames of the last one. But more often than not, after I deleted them, they are somehow still there. How can I fix this?

Cloud storage.

yeah, cloud storage can be annoying. If you have the steam version, you can turn it off, though.

I haven't tried this myself, but hope it helps.

Right click in Steam -> Properties -> Updates -> uncheck "Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim".
