Union & Baloth's Game Streaming

Hey guys and gals, me and my good buddy Baloth-kul are gonna be doing some gaming streams and we want to share them with the good folks of UESP.

We will be hosting these streams on my Youtube channel for now; doing it there means our streams are saved as videos for eternal preservation! If that, for some reason, doesn't work, then we'll be doing them on my Twitch channel, which unfortunately does not save streams forever.

We'll be announcing these streams when we decide to do them (no set schedule or anything) both on here and probably in GDT. Assume that I will drop plenty of F-bombs and such between bouts of silly juvenile humor, so don't watch in the workplace. Not without headphones, anyway.

Our next stream will be a standard Minecraft stream tomorrow (May 5th, 2016) at 6 PM Central US Time (UTC -6:00). I haven't been on our sever for quite some time, while Baloth has had quite a good bit of time to work on some projects while simultaneously erecting silly sculptures on my old builds. What will I find? Only he knows. Aside from that, we'll be doing some exploring, chatting about whatever might be of relevance.

We hope that you'll join us for some good old fashioned silliness and just a regular good time. I'll be keeping the chat open on the side if you folks wanna get in touch with us during the stream. We look forward to doing it and we hope y'all look forward to watching!

Battlefront streams have been added to the past streams list. Our microphones were pretty quiet and that's our bad, so we'll amp them up in anticipation for the next time we play this.

Still on the list; more Minecraft, more Star Wars, and maybe some Dragon Age: Inquisition. We'll see how things play out.

It's been a little while since we streamed because my Playstation Plus Subscription ran out, and I haven't had the funds to renew.

However, Baloth and I have been in cahoots to put together a streamed playthrough of Dragon Age: Inquisition.

We (I) will be playing as a Dwarf Warrior. Beyond that, not sure what we'll be doing; likely we will be making our decisions as we go along!

No start date currently, but we hope you guys will join us when we get it started!

Well I can't imagine us getting that sort of notoriety anytime soon, but a guy can dream, huh?

We have a great time doing it just for fun, so either way we're good.

To start off our Dragon Age Inquisiton playthrough, I recorded the very early parts of the introduction of the game, as to introduce the character I'll be playing as (as recommended by Baloth): A dwarven warrior named Ozgor "Oz" Cadash. He's pretty much the most devlishly handsome dwarf this side of Thedas. He's the dwarf your momma warned you about.

Here's the first video of the series; recorded without commentary for now, just to settle in and show everyone Oz's beautiful mug. When we record the next episode, it'll be announced, and also done with commentary from me and Baloth as we squabble over each and every dialogue choice!

No commentary? From a viewer's perspective, the first one is the introduction to both the let's player and whatever you're playing, so it'd make sense to provide commentary to that one especially.

It's a little unorthodox, but I wanted to get the character ready for whenever Baloth and I are ready to play the game. You can't save immediately off the bat after you get out of character creation, and I didn't wanna spend a few hours in the CC in the first episode. But at the same time, I wanted any potential viewers to see the introduction for story reasons.

I'm probably going to re-brand it as 'Episode 0' or something and start the series proper with the first episode of Baloth and I playing the game.

I can see how that would be fun, yeah. Some advice I heard is that you should always treat a first episode as a jumping on point.

Baloth and I are gonna get the first episode of Inquisition streaming around 1 PM central time today. Short notice, apologies, but we really wanted to get an episode in!

Wow, haven't touched this in a while.

So, I've got a whole place to myself, I am incredibly angry for IRL reasons, I have a lot of time to kill, and I have games to play.

So I'm gonna do some impromptu angry streaming of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain in a few minutes because venting anger out is healthy, but I don't have anyone with me atm who's awake besides my girlfriend's cats; they are innocent and pure and must not be exposed to the unbridled fury within me.

I know it's late and not many people will tune in (if any at all), so I'm definitely gonna post a link to the thing later. Depending on how long I take, it'll be an episode or more.

Same YT channel as always, and I'll have the comments open if anyone actually turns up.

Union, I don't know if you've talked about this yet or shed light on it in one of your videos, but I personally would very much like to hear your opinion on what makes a good antagonist and the various villainous tropes commonly misused
