Re: The General Roleplay Discussion Thread!
TA2: I assume he only meant to invite Eolwyn and Maretus, since he was talking specifically to Eolwyn: he glanced around at the others, but it was Eolwyn he talked to, and he mentioned what she specifically was doing. Plus, he only mentioned leading the two of them, and there was specifically mentioned to be two other chairs in the small room.

Re: The General Roleplay Discussion Thread!
TA2: Baloth said Nora could via a pm, but too many would make things.. crowded
My only reason for Nora to go is thats namely bc she has thus far been keeping an eye on Grelok and anything to do with the Threads. She may not welcomed, she may not want to be down here, but its happening one way or another
If things were different.. I would of liked to have her to have stayed and interact with Niralie, Dorian and Roran
Dammit Grelok, why must you be Nora's lure ;-;
C&G: So looking through interactions.. Rin has: insulted Roger, bullied Monad, cried for Mausier, and told Val to shut it.. I'd say I'm off to a good start ^_^

COG: I hope Roger isn't being too chatty. I keep meaning to write a shorter post but it keeps ending up longer - but I'm aware that he is waffling on a bit, but now that the whole 'THIEF!' thing has passed, he should be less in-yer-face.

Cog: I know I didn't have Monad leave the room in that last post but I am ready go ahead and meet the uncle.
If you're all still hurting, Monad has an entire pack of cannabis cigarettes. Be nice and they might share.

Do they... do they not call them joints in Ireland?

Cog: No, we call them joints. But I'm not sure what terms people in this setting would use so I just went for cigarettes to be on the safe side. That's what I called them on my sheet.

Re: The General Roleplay Discussion Thread!
TA2: I'm at work, but here's the extremely abridged state of affairs for our group which I'm pretty sure is missing a few characters: after the fight in the snow, Rosa led us to a cave. Inside are some Dwemer ruins a baron or something is trying to loot, with a bunch of workers. The night we arrived, we were woken up by a falmer horde attacking the camp. Our group has steathily gone further into the cave to fight the Falmer. Khazi and Darkscale are on the verge of starting combat agains them. Nammu is reading and playing with vermin. SIS is descending with Khazi and Darkscale, tripping balls on sobriety.

Re: The General Roleplay Discussion Thread!
TA2: Well, from the time of your last post, you'd summoned a Daedroth which wrecked house until the Falmer started climbing it and managed to bring it down. You'd seen Sees-In-Shade running away from the battle, but chose not to pursue him. Two of Theodasty'rs bodyguards got kidnapped, Flacus and a guy named Buckthorn. It was an absolute massacre on both sides, with many workers and Falmer dead or dying.
The battle finished and everyone was given a chance to decide what to do. The bodyguard wanted to rescue their comrades, but Rosa wanted to go through the other tunnel because she thought there might be treasure inside. Eventually, Rosa was convinced to venture into the Falmer tunnel along with everyone but Kelessa and the surviving workers. As they went along, the group found the impaled body of Buckthorn but resolved to press on. Not counting Flacus, there are only four bodyguards left.
They encountered a puzzle with swinging blade traps which were activated by pressure plates. The plates were inscribed as follows: circle, winged creature, unlit candle. At every stop, you had to choose your next path. Nammu shoved Benoit, one of Theodasty'rs bodyguards, onto the Path of Circles. He survived at first, but got cocky and raced forward on the same path, and he was beheaded by one of the traps. Khazi figured out the correct order: Circle (Egg/Birth), Winged Creature (Bird/Life), Unlit Candle (Death). They used another of Theodastyr's bodyguard, Benjamin, to test their theory and he survived.
They opened the large door at the end of the hallway and saw a large staircase leading down to the Falmer encampment, and another puzzle. There was a door to what appeared to be a treasury/armory, but two spiked doors were down, and a third set of holes was in front of the door, though no spikes had come out yet. There were two levers, one with a boar, and one with clam. The Clam Lever appeared to have been decorated with round objects, but they had been pried off. It was safe to assume that the levers had to be pulled in the correct order, or the third set of spikes would come up and likely render the treasure unreachable. Eventually, they opted to ignore this loot and walk down the staircase.
They encountered a skeever which the Falmer had brutally beaten and chained to a post, likely to act as a "watchdog". It didn't alert the Falmer, so Nammu healed it and is currently reading the note that was attached to its tail. Sees-In-Shade is taking a potion that he requested from Nammu earlier, which has a Calm effect. He, Khazi, and Darkscale (TSD's new character, an Argonian Shadowscale), are currently sneaking around the Falmer encampment while everyone else hangs back. They've found a large fenced pen that holds a metric ton of hungry skeevers, and by that pen, they found some large pans and what the Falmer seem to give them for food.
Meanwhile, back in the Entrance Cave, Kelessa is talking with an older man who played the part of a mediator while everyone was arguing over where to go. He asked Kelessa why she didn't go with her friend, Rosa, and then told her that she reminded him of his sister, an adventurer, who was struck on the back of the head by some unknown assailant while spelunking.
And that's where we are right now. It's not quite as much as it looks like. You can choose to have Sinyail with the main force of the party in the Falmer Cave, or you can choose to have stayed behind with Kelessa and the workers. It's a rescue mission vs. character interaction.

Re: The General Roleplay Discussion Thread!
This one, speaks of strange. I tire of him ~Nammu
TA2: You forgot Nammu's horrific display of draining a dying Falmer in order to replenish his own reserves.. that was something everyone saw, much to their desire to have not. And one of the core reasons why ppl are starting to be cautious with him.. the other reason being that he 'volunteered' a bodyguard to test a trap
Edit: ME's post XD hilarious

Re: The General Roleplay Discussion Thread!
TA2: Well thats the thing.. Nammu only told him where to stand and look, nothing else. It was deliberate. He did NOT however tell him to keep going and trigger the trap <_< that was his fault, not Nammu's
Also, against better judgement... I kind of want to see what would happen if the pen of skeevers were released.. At best, Falmer become lunch.. at worse, yall are dessert <_< at least given the odds(and faith), Nammu 'should' be safe.
Holds out amulet 'stay back you foul beasts!'

TA2:Maybe, a man releases them. Maybe, we see the TES version to Dishonoured's rat pack attack, maybe, we accidentally summon the king of the skeevers and are forced to do battle with it on a thin narrow bridge.
