Grindstone near Whiterun

My older brother was telling me about a grindstone in the fields near Whiterun. It enchanted your weapons with a fire effect when used. But it had been so long since he played, he couldn't remember where it was exactly. Just wondering if anyone else had heard of this. He has only ever played the 360 version, don't have enough money for a $500 PC.

Well there's the Lunar Forge, but it doesn't actually do anything special. There are a couple of Lunar weapons scattered around that same area (Silent Moons Camp), so that might be what he was thinking of; but even if that is what he was talking about the bad news is that the entire enchantment on those weapons is bunk, broken, and just plain doesn't work.

If you're playing on PC, the good news is that this is fixed by the Unofficial Skyrim [Legendary Edition] Patch.
