I like the music, Mars. It reminds me of a track you'd hear on a high speed air race computer game. What do you use to create your tunes?

Thanks! Haha, yeah, I guess everything I do is always going to sound video gamey. The influence is too strong.

I use a mixture of software and plugins I've amassed and basically I just go for it and learn by doing. Most of the work I do in FL Studio...9? I think. Yeah, 9. I like to keep palettes simple so I mainly use Ichiro Toda's Synth1 and WASP. Good fun.

Cool. Do you plan on doing anything special with the tracks, or are they more just as a hobby?

Oh no it's just a hobby. Maybe someday I'll be good enough to do some low-key concept work but I'm nowhere near professional level.

My Mass Effect Rewrite, born out of my frustrations with how the series turned out. While I'd love it to be a game and often speak of it as such, my ambitions make it highly unfeasible and as thus it must be reduced to fanfiction and a RP. It's a highly daunting task to rewrite everything after ME1, but I feel it must be done. Sometimes though, I wonder if I should just stop though. I'd post links, but UESP won;t let me. Let's just it'd be a lot of stuff to read through. And I still have things I thought of that I haven't written down. Dam my laziness.

I uploaded another little tune. It's not rightly finished, but the sound has a fair amount of polish, and the disappointing ending just makes the Sonic/Acceleration thing funny to me because we all know you can't actually keep going fast in Sonic.

Meta, the start of yours reminded me of the start of Poker Face, and I liked the twin piano melody.

Another funky tune, Mars! The fast tempo part made me feel like I had to frantically run around in panic, and then a nice calm to follow.

I made a slideshow about linux gaming [1]. I used games' cover arts and a picture of a Steam Machine, so here's to hoping I don't get sued! (I also accidentally uploaded two wrong ones because it was my first time using Scribd ; hopefully that gets taken care of somehow)

So, I made a song (well, two actually) with Cardbird under the name "The Retired Cosmonauts", originally intended to be a parody of music in general, where we make general [&@%!]-tier music.
