Well, every Amber-bearing root and Madness Ore deposit will never respawn new contents, so I have to imagine they'd be safe storage. Good luck figuring out which deposit contains which trinkets you leave behind.

At least two of the residents in New Sheoth most likely to die will never disappear, so you could store stuff on their bodies.

Yeah, the guy in Crucible whom you help "commit suicide" has a non-respawning container in his house, which is where you get your reward. Can't remember his name at the moment, and I'm too lazy to look it up.

ok i know who your talking about, met him last night, only things was in walked into a cornor against the wall, and kept trying to wall thur, never turn around, so i jumped into a house, then came back out, and he had died. so never completed quest

Edit:

ok just found this "All of the containers in Hirrus' house, including the jewelry box where the Ring of Happiness is found at the end of the related quest, are non-respawning containers. They can therefore be used to safely store any items. " this house is safe to use.

only thing is, is i didnt help him do it and now the body cant be found anywhere
