[Spoiler] Razum-Dar

Post by legoless »

Razum-Dar lives?!

Since the Wrothgar DLC quite clearly takes place in late autumn of 2E 582, after the Planemeld and probably after the Craglorn storyline, the events that transpired at Senelana have almost certainly taken place by the time the intelligence report linked above was penned. Is this our first canonical confirmation on conflicting ESO events?

I can't imagine we'll see much of Razum-Dar in future since it'd be a little unfair to characters who decide to kill him, but he's one of the most popular NPCs in the game and we've already seen the Vanos siblings return even though it was implied that they died at the climax of the Coldharbour storyline. This could be a sign that they're bringing him back for everyone, and unless we get any conflicting info in future it definitely seems like enough evidence to decide on the wiki which Senelana outcome is canon.

Edit: nvm

I thought that even if you decide to kill him, he ends up surviving? I seem to recall something like that....

He's got Plot Armor, like the 'killable' Telvanni council members from TES III.
Monsters are bred in labyrinths, labyrinths are bred from walls. There is a reason the Giants choose to remain nomadic rather than follow their shield kin the Nords in building permanent settlements. The Tower is the beginning of all walls.

Maybe he gave the order before Senelana?

Oh, really? Haven't actually ever chosen that option to find out.

Yeah, if you choose to kill him, you'll find him in Dune later and you can talk to him about how he managed to escape.
