GOLDEN FIRE SWARMING MY SKYRIM CHARACTER!?

Normally I can handle most of the glitches in skyrim, but this one astounds me! I am being swarmed by golden fire?
Can't say I've had this happen before, It will not go away though. I have attempted to re-load saves, use console commands, and even go as far as to going into creation kit to look for this strange of golden fire.
Also I do not know how it got there, it was awhile since this problem happened and now it is just straight up annoying, and I want it gone. It is affecting my Role-Playing experience.
Normally I would start a new game but I've already gotten pretty far on this RP, and I don't want to disappoint my Subscribers on YT.
If anyone can help with this it would be highly appreciated.

First thing I would do is unequip everything to see if it's caused by an enchantment. Then check that part of the Magic menu that lists Current/Ongoing Effects to see if anything is in there. I imagine you've probably already tried that though.

Yup I tried that, and I have actually visited that forum and looks through all of them, but to no prevail.

Have you been to Sovngarde?

Does using the Become Ethereal Shout help at all?
