A rather odd anomaly has cropped up when my character equips a daedric shield and any insight into this problem would be much appreciated. Equipping any regular daedric shield or enchanted one such as the Shield of Vengeance, ect. has no effect on my character's armor rating. It's as I had no shield equipped at all. This doesn't happen with any other type of shields as they increase the armor rating like normal. BTW, my character has 100 endurance and 100 heavy armor. Also, I'm playing the Xbox 360 version if that matters.

Shields only work in combination with a one handed weapon maybe that's the problem?
