Based on various interaction with characters in TES3 to TES5. I speak about the race as the whole and don't judge it by specific characters.
Great respect:
Khajiit
Argonian
Dunmer (dark elves)
Respect:
Nord
Redguard
Indifferent:
Orc
Breton
Respect Less:
Imperial
Bosmer (wood elves)
Altmer (high elves)
One more thing to this list- I haven't played any of these (not counting a few hours in game to try them): Dunmer, Argonian, Redguard, Orc, Breton, Imperial, Bosmer.
Which TES race do you respect from most to least?

Re: Which TES race do you respect from most to least?
Greatly Respect:
Imperials. The only people who had the guts to unite and govern all of Tamriel without behaving like total badasses. My favourite race.
Dunmer. I loved them since I got Morrowind. They prevailed through the centuries, surrounded by enemies, and built a marvellous civilization. A truly original take on the otherwise often so bland Dark elf concept. And a great deal of intriguing mysticism and passion as well. The ES series wouldn't be half as interesting without them. Long live House Telvanni!
Somewhat Respect:
Reachmen. They have been forced to stand up for their way of life and their ancient traditions for thousands of years, against Nordic chauvinist idiots like Ulfric, and they have prevailed. The Forsworn and the Hagraven cults were a cool concepts overall. Would like the chance to play as a Reachman in a future game.
Khajiit. I like cats. I like Qigong. M'aiq the Liar is a cool guy. I like skooma. ...Oh, forget that last thing.
Altmer.Despite the events in Skyrim, these fellows still have a place in my heart. My first toon on Oblivion was an Altmer sorceress, and Chancellor Ocato wa one of my favourite characters. They are civilized, they are philosophical, they are good at magic (I like spellcasters) and they are good at making generally beautiful things. As long as they don't make wars with the Imperials, they are fine in my book.
Maomer. Very interesting and cool concept. Hope to travel to Pyandonea in a future ES game.
Argonians. Didn't like them much in the first place, but the more I've experienced them (and after I went to Shadowfen in ESO), the more I've got to like them. The voices still bother me a bit though.
Orsimer. Truth to be told, I've never been particularly interested in these guys, but the fact that they've lost their homeland and still prevail gives them sympathy points for me. Also, they are not Bosmer.
Falmer. Feel sorry for killing these.
Hope they can be reintegrated back into civilization, somehow.
Indifferent:
Nord. Even as a RL-Nord, I'm not too into the entire Viking hype. Skyrim was kind of bland, all cities looked the same and were kind of uninteresting, except Markarth (a city of Reachmen built by Dwemer), Riften and Solitude.
Bretons. Haven't been to interested in the lore behind these guys to have a strong feeling one way or another.
Redguards. Same here.
Respect Less:
Bosmer. The concept is cliché to begin with, their religion and way of life is stupid (living in trees, only eating meat - which wouldn't be there if those slaughtered animals hadn't been eating plants in the first place). And they are ugly on top of that. Can't get why the Altmer have chosen to equated themselves with these barbarians three ages in a row now. If they would come to their senses, they should have split up Valenwood between themselves and the Imperials long ago and colonized it, leaving the Bosmer in some little reservoir in the middle or something.
Dwemer. Evil [&@%!], despite all the cool steam punk stuff. Glad they're all gone.

More Respect
Dunmer
Bosmer
Altmer
Khajiit
Breton
Indifferent
Redguard
Imperial
Argonian
Less Respect
Nord
Orsimer
I can't say that I dislike any of the races, but the Nord (viking) and Orsimer (primitive tribal thing) cultures aren't my favourite.
Edit: I've decided that Argonians shouldn't be in the 'More Respect' category.

*Decided I needed to add a race to this category and the Maomer fit the bill. ESO has succeeded greatly in making me hate them.
