It is late Summer in Westeros. In the year 247 after Aegon's Conquest, 35 years before Robert's Rebellion and 51 before the death of Jon Arryn, the Targaryen line is still firmly established on the Iron Throne. The current king is Aegon V, known in his youth as "Egg". The location is Blackhaven, home to House Dondarrion. A tourney is taking place there, and the Prince Duncan Targaryen is in attendance with his brother Daeron and two members of the Kingsguard. Despite its location in the Marches between the Stormlands and Dorne, far away from the bustle of King's Landing, Blackhaven will soon become the site of intrigue enough to fit the Westerosi capital... and for a select few, an adventure that will impact the future of all the Seven Kingdoms.

Recent History
Hidden:
Currently, Targaryen rule is the status quo. The only challengers to it in recent years have been the rebel House Blackfyre, whose founder Daemon Blackfyre was a [&@%!] of King Aegon IV ("The Unworthy"), but was legitimized along with the three other "Great [&@%!]" by Aegon on his deathbed and sought to take the throne from his half-brother Daeron (Second of his Name, now called "The Good"). Most recently, the feeble Fourth Blackfyre Rebellion, led by Daemon's young grandson Daemon III, was crushed easily by Aegon V's forces immediately after landing on the eastern shore of the Stormlands.
Aegon V came into power after the death of his father King Maekar I in 233 AC. His two oldest brothers had perished already, and their offspring were deemed too young or too unfit to be given the throne. His third older brother, Aemon, had already taken his vows as a Maester of the Citadel, and rejected a secret offer to take the crown, leaving it to his brother. Being the fourth son of Maekar, who in turn was the fourth son of Daeron II, Aegon was labeled "The Unlikely." The Targaryen family found itself with much less presence than it did during Daeron's time, especially after Aegon sent the former Hand of the King Brynden "Bloodraven" Rivers (another "Great [&@%!]") to the Wall, and Maester Aemon followed him there.

Your Character
You may be a noble, a knight, a member of the smallfolk, a criminal or deserter lying low, a foreigner come to visit... the choices are endless. Well, not quite. You can't be a Faceless Man or member of any other well-known existing criminal enterprise; you can't be from a region of the world that people know little to nothing about like Yi Ti or Asshai; you can't be an active Night's Watch member; you can't be the lord or lady of any house; and you can't be a member or direct servant of any Great House.
If you wish to be a noble, then you have three options: you can join as a member of a pre-existing minor house, under the condition that you are not the lord or lady, and your character's existence does not contradict existing canon. If you want more freedom, then you may provide your own self-created minor house. You must come up with its details yourself, and it can only be from the Stormlands, Crownlands, Reach, or Riverlands. Or if you want to start pre-aligned with some of your fellow PCs, you can join the collaboratively-created original family of House Rosemont. Some roles have already been tentatively claimed (pending a character sheet from the claimant). Others are open, and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If they remain unclaimed, they will be played as NPCs at any points where they come into the story.

Family name: House Rosemont House words: No Rose Without Thorns House sigil: A single rose at the crest of a green hill, backed by a blue sky with the sun either rising or setting in the centre behind the rose. The original intention behind this is unknown but it is currently thought to represent the family keep standing tall and proud on top of the hill where it is located, persevering unbroken throughout all future sunrises and sunsets. Keep name: Redgrass Keep
Family Roles
Current lord: Richard Rosemont. Current lady: Catheryn Rosemont/Connington. Heir: Aemon Rosemont. Second son: Robert Rosemont. Third son: Edmund Rosemont. Eldest daughter: Elinor Rosemont. Second daughter: Jeyne Rosemont. Cousin: Keegan Cillínglas. Cousin: Ardan Cillínglas. Uncle: Arren Rosemont. Aunt: Layna Rosemont. Grandmother: Cassana Penrose.
Non-family Roles
Maester: Wallace of Bitterbridge. Master-at-arms: Ser Aegon Kent. Blacksmith: "Skinny" Pate. Master of horse: Danley. Sworn knight: Ser Osric the Short. Captain of the guard: Manfred. Household guard: Landry. Household guard: Rickard. Household guard: Ferg. Household guard: Jeremy Kent.
Hold description: Redgrass Keep is located on top of a hill just to the south of the Roseroad and east of the Kingswood. Despite being so close to the Reach, it falls within the Stormlands and so the Rosemonts are sworn to House Baratheon. The keep is a simple motte-and-bailey design, with a circular wooden palisade (reinforced with metal over time) surrounding the courtyard and then the stone keep at the very crest of the hill. The Rosemonts' holdings include a village around the foot of the hill of population about 100, known as Rosegrass, as well as a total of seven local farms. Their lands are fertile and grassy, and they are well-situated by anyone's standards. History: House Rosemont's exact origins are unknown. The first known member of the line found in historical documentation was one Ser Randyll of the Rosegrass, who fought during the Young Dragon's conquest of Dorne. His family's home was one Rosegrass Keep, located at the top of a hill just outside of the Kingswood, in the Stormlands. His house made the jump from knights to lords after Ser Arthur Rosemont saved the life of Crown Prince Baelor "Breakspear" Targaryen during the Battle of the Redgrass Field, being granted some more land to hold. The Rosemonts renamed their fort from Rosegrass to Redgrass Keep, and over time it has itself been upgraded.
You may also join houses created by other players, provided they're okay with your role. House Wendbridge is one that has an open invitation to anybody for the roles listed below, and is another officially-sponsored house due to it being created by your co-DM Baloth-Kul:

Thanks to VirtualWeasel for the vastly refined image.
Family name: House Wendbridge House words; No Water Passes Under House sigil: The sigil represents the Battle of Wendwater Bridge, in which House Wendbridge won their status. The green field is the battlefield (and also, pretty filler). The stone grey column is the bridge. And the red stripe is the Wendwater, running red with blood. Keep name: Pinebarren
Family Roles
Current lord: Eyron Wendbridge. Current lady: None. Heir: Brandon Wendbridge. Second son: [Open]. Daughter: [Open]. Third son: [Open]. Cousin: [Open]. Cousin: [Open].
Non-family Roles
Maester: Master at Arms: Castellan: [All open, up to 1]. Household guard(s):, sworn knight(s): [All open, up to 2].
Hold description: Pinebarren is a strong keep overlooking the coast of the Bay of Crabs, located on Crackclaw Point, just where the peninsula meets the rest of the Crownlands. Two villages, each of about 50 people, are overseen by the Lord of Pinebarren; one is a fishing village right on the coast, named Crabpoint by the locals, the other village, Pinehaven, is on the road from the keep to King's Landing. A few farms meet most of the needs of the people, but one of their largest sources of food and exports is fish and, naturally, crabs, out of the bay. The large pine forests also provide a good source of lumber. As it happens, the location was well chosen, as there is only one large bog within the territory, and only on the very edge. It does, however, have a sinister local reputation; the peasants call it the Bog of Sorrows, and rumor that Ser Eryon drowns his enemies in the mire, and that their souls are forever trapped under its murky waters. Baseless and foolish superstitions, naturally. History: House Wendbridge was formed at the end of the Fourth Blackfyre Rebellion, in the aftermath of the decisive Battle of Wendwater Bridge. Eyron and his sons were members of the Golden Company, which served the Blackfyres. At the Wendwater, though, at Eyron's orders, his sons, and many under their command began to cut down their allies. Their betrayal likely saved the lives of many Targaryen loyalists. When the rebels had been routed, King Aegon himself passed judgment upon Eyron's family. They were granted amnesty, knighted, and given land on Crackclaw Point. A dilapidated keep on the coast was revived and renamed, and the new House Wendbridge began jockeying for power and privilege, like all the rest. Other info: Ser Eyron is a fairly large man, at 6'2", and still heavily muscled. Along with whatever finery and/or armour he may be wearing at any given time, he wears 8 gold bands on each arm.
CASPIE
Hidden:
Yes, this is yet another UESP RP using Knight Captain Kerr's CASPIE system. It's almost like it's good or something. Based off Fallout's SPECIAL, minus the L for Luck, these attributes essentially determine how well your character does things. Please try to make your stats reflect your character: how you imagine their abilities would be based on their and personality and past experience. Realistically, 3 up to and including 8 would be the range in each category for most people, but I am open to anything that is not over- or under-powered (AKA Mary Sues, Gary Stus) and makes reasonable sense.
You automatically get 1 point in each attribute and then 29 points to distribute amongst them yourself however you want. All stats are capped at 10 or 1.
CASPIE Breakdown, alphabet book style. Say it with me now, kids:
C is for Charisma: A combination of appearance and charm; relates to speaking and leadership. Or, How to Win Friends and Influence People.
A is for Agility: Coordination and the ability to move quickly. No rogue can go without it.
S is for Strength: Raw physical strength. Because the best defence is a good offence.
P is for Perception: The ability to see, hear, taste and otherwise notice things others may miss. Like the poison in your friend's cup.
I is for Intelligence: Knowledge, wisdom, quick thinking - and literacy, which was not so common in medieval times. Sometimes, being smart is useful.
E is for Endurance: Stamina and physical toughness. Good if you don't want to topple over from exhaustion during a long fight.
1=Useless
2=Real Bad
3=Poor
4=Meh
5=Average
6=Good
7=Very Good
8=Great
9=Excellent
10=Heroic
Skills
Hidden:
When making your character you get to pick 3 Tag Skills, areas in which your character is very proficient. These are by no means the only skills your character has, only where they excel. You can mention other skills your character possesses in your character sheet, but they won't be as good at them. Every skill is derived from a CASPIE attribute. Here are all of the skills that you can choose from (and their descriptions):
Charisma
Speech: Skill at persuading, seducing, deceiving and overall manipulating people by talking to them.
Agility:
Marksmanship: Skill at using ranged weapons such as a longbow or crossbow.
Sneak: Skill at remaining unseen, moving unheard and stealing.
Finesse Weapons: Skill at manoeuvring using bladed weapons like shortswords, rapiers, and small axes, as well as small daggers and knives.
Strength:
Unarmed: Skill at engaging in hand-to-hand combat, or at least without any conventional weaponry.
Force Weapons: Skill at attacking with cumbersome weaponry such as longswords and greataxes, and blunt weapons like maces, clubs and warhammers.
Perception:
Lockpick: Skill at picking locks.
Intelligence:
Fine Education: A deeper knowledge and understanding of history, geography, political science and the intricacies of the realm.
Medicine: Impacts one's skill at treating wounds and understanding of the human body, as well as knowledge of poisons and their effects.
Endurance:
Survival: Practical knowledge of the outdoors, knowledge of tracking and the ability to live off the land.
Equestrian: Skill at riding and fighting on horseback, including the use of a lance.
Traits
Hidden:
Traits are optional non-CASPIE-derived specializations your character may have. Each trait gives your character an advantage in some way, but a disadvantage in another. You may choose 1 or 2, or none at all. You may also come up with one or more traits on your own, and the only rule is that they must have a balanced positive and negative effect. Here is a list of some that have already been devised for you to use:
One Hander: One of your hands is very dominant. You excel at using single-handed weapons, but two-handed weapons cause a problem.
Good Natured: Violence just isn't in your nature. When it comes to combat you are out of your depth but you are better at speech (including manipulation) and medicine.
Sword and Board: You're used to having a shield in your hands. Your defence is better with one than a normal person, but you are more vulnerable without one than a normal person.
The Prince: You're known for your ruthlessness in politics. You excel in intimidation, slander, and deceit, but your reputation will cause some people to distrust and be predisposed against you, at varying degrees.

The Rules
All the usual rules will apply, such as:
Hidden:
-Keep OOC posts under hide tags, or preferably in the General Roleplay Discussion Thread, once the RP has started.
-No godmodding, Mary Sues, Gary Stus, or general stupidity.
-Use proper spelling and grammar. Pls Please.
-One character per person and characters must be approved, yadda yadda. If you're unsure of whether your character idea (or an element of it) will fly, ask me through any appropriate means.
-Your character may die. This is ASOIAF after all. But remember, we're not out to get you here.
-Only one attack per post when in combat, unless they are actions that can (realistically) be done simultaneously.
The DM Squad Dirty Spaceman: co-DM and plot/major update manager Archer, Baloth-Kul: co-DMs and game participants
Final Notes
-Most outcomes will be managed by d20 dice rolls, conducted by whichever DM is making that particular update. The three of us have decided on systems for combat and skill attempts that should be accurate, consistent, and fair. If you feel that an outcome is unfair, contact the DM who made the post.
-If you want to join after the RP has begun or rejoin if you die, PM me about it.
-Anything in this RP may be contradicted by future GRRM works, but that's no excuse to intentionally do anything that goes against the established canon, i.e. trying to kill the 5-year-old Tywin Lannister.
-If you are unsure of whether or not an action is possible, want a better description of something, or have any other concerns, don’t be afraid to talk to me, Baloth, or Archer about it. Use OOC hide tags, the GRPD Thread, or a PM, whichever you think is most appropriate for what you want to say.

Name: Ser Brandon Wendbridge
Age: 27
Sex: Male
Allegiance: Heir of House Wendbridge, minor vassals of House Targaryen
Physical Appearance: 5'11", lean, but has a certain presence about him. Black hair, brown eyes, a well kept goatee, and lightly tanned skin.
Starting Apparel: Blue embroidered tunic, brown cloak and breeches, black leather boots. Wears three golden armlets on his left arm.
Equipment: Leather armor, Crossbow, Longbow, Dagger (2)
Biography: Born the son of a sellsword, Brandon was raised a fighter, yet favoured pursuits of the mind. Through both, he became a recognized member of the Golden Company, and served for three years before his company had begun a campaign against the Targaryens. Before they had even landed in Westeros, his family was gaining powerful influence over the other soldiers in their company--Brandon played a pivotal role in this, being the primary source of traitorous whispers and secret meetings. They participated in a few skirmishes, until finally, the Blackfyre Rebellion met its end at the Wendwater. When his father gave the word, Brandon and many of his allies drove their swords into the backs of those still fighting against the Targaryens.
C: 8
A: 8
S: 3
P: 6
I: 7
E: 3
Skills: Fine Education, Marksmanship, Speech
Traits: Get the Point: Ser Brandon favors finesse in combat over brute force. He deals more damage when stabbing or using a bow, but does notably less damage with any other form or style of combat--slashing or slamming with a sword, mace, hammer, bare fists, or the like just aren't his forte.
Viper's Tongue: While not specifically trained in poisons, Ser Brandon has a knack for sniffing them out, through trial and error. He can more readily detect a poison in food, drink, or the like, but past mistakes have weakened his body's resistance to them. If a poison does manage to escape his notice, it has a more pronounced effect on him--likely meaning his death.
Other Info: Brandon is in Blackhaven, ostensibly, for the archery competition portion of the tourney.
I'll probably post my sheet tomorrow or Sunday. I think Robin is 16 and Aemon 20 so I'll make my character 18. Is there any particular hair/eye colour I should go for as a Rosemont?

So we have come to solve every squabble in the village personally? The last thing you never see
As a house, you guys should decide upon the most common hair colour(s) and eye colour(s), but pretty much anything is fair game, save for platinum blonde or flamboyantly dyed hair. Platinum blonde is Targaryen, and none of you will have Targaryen blood. Not through being [&@%!] or [&@%!] of [&@%!], yeah no. Tyroshi love brights, and will wear flashy clothes, and dye their hair and beards in blues, greens, reds, etc. Would not recommend. Bit of a social stigma, as one might expect. Too garrish, and you'd be seen as Tyroshi, not Westerosi.
Purple eyes are PROBABLY a no-no, as well. Indigo, lilac eyes and the like are traits found in people of the blood of Old Valyria--so, once again, Targaryens. House Dayne had some purple eyes, too.
But any other hair/eye colour is pretty much fair game. Up to you guys. Maybe there was some mingling with a [&@%!] born in the Westerlands, and someone got passed down some shiny Lannister goldilocks. Or some Riverlands blood--Red brown hair, blue or green eyes. Northerners? Black/brown hair, brown eyes, green eyes. Maybe ancestors from Dorne, or across the Narrow Sea. Curly hair. Long hair. Straight hair. Whatever, really. Go nuts, excepting for those few exceptions.
I believe Robin's appearance was red hair and...I dunno. Green eyes? --So between that and your plans, Kerr, it seems that your house should be mostly, if not exclusively, brown or red haired, with...whatever eyes. Green, blue, brown. Or you guys can (re)coordinate it however you like.
Name: Keegan Cillínglas Age: 9 Sex: Male Allegiance: (list your role, if applicable) Cousin of the Rosemont’s, Orphan Physical Appearance: Keegan looks like his brother Ardan, except more sullen and withdrawn in his mannerisms. Keegan has one blue eye, and one green eye. His green eye is on his left, and the blue one on his viewing right.
Spoiler:
Starting Apparel: (list any armour under equipment, as you will not be starting in it) A fine green tunic with white trim in the pattern of swirling vines with black leggings and brown leather boots and a brown leather belt. He has a pendant that has the Cillínglas coat of arms. Equipment: A family Dagger which is kept out of Keegan’s reach in the armory. It has an Auroch’s bone handle and an inscription: “There are no greener pastures than those across the veil” Biography: Keegan and Ardan were born to the minor house of Cillínglas. They were the only children of the late Lord Gillian Cillínglas and Esmerelda Cillínglas. Their parents died in a horrible fire that leveled their estate, leaving the twins both orphaned and homeless. Lord Richard Rosemont took them in, whether out of familial love or for another purpose is ultimately unknown.
The Twins have no real memory of their parents, as they were only three when their estate burned. Keegan treats Richard like a father, and his children as his own flesh and blood. But, none of them are as close as he and Ardan are. They keep to themselves mostly, except when they play pranks or get into trouble. The pair often explore the Rosemont household and the surrounding land when they can slip away unnoticed. C: 2 A: 8 S: 2 P: 8 I: 5 E: 5 Skills: Sneak, Finesse Weapons, Lockpick Traits: (0, 1, or 2)
Spoiler:
Trait 1: Child, as a child you lose five points from your CASPIE
Trait 2: Eerie: Whether you were born form a lineage of old blood, or came about it some other way, your character is attuned to forces beyond the understanding of most men making them seem ethereal and mysterious, the downfall is that many people are unnerved by your supernatural air.
Other Info: Keegan is left handed, his favorite food is an apple, and he likes to climb trees

Oh god jesus that's terrifying, please, no. But, excuse me. Ahem.
First of all, you have 29 points, and not 30--it'd be 35, but the -5 because he's a child, yeah, but you still have 1 point left over. If you wanted to make it a -6 to CASPIE, then...sure?
It seems unclear to me--what exactly are the BENEFITS of the Eerie trait? Might want to message Dirty Spaceman about that, in fact.
Did the lord and lady not have any accounts or funds outside of the keep, no other relatives or allies who might have rebuilt the keep? It's unlikely, but not impossible that all their wealth was in the estate when it burned. Who was House Cillínglas sworn to? They probably would have rebuilt the keep, but the debt would need to be repaid in time with increased taxes and such. It isn't impossible that the keep wasn't rebuilt, but it's a little dicey--final call is Dirty Spaceman's, of course, but I'd say it's okay for you to gloss over the fine details of it. Maybe details for you to consider writing down for your own purposes, I dunno.
Another minor detail, but I would recommend against capitalizing when referring to the brothers as The Twins. The Twins is the name of the stronghold occupied by the Freys, that crosses the Green Fork. Just to avoid potential confusion. Not a big deal.
You might want to consider writing the history of how House Cillínglas was founded, and perhaps...message one or all of us DMs, how the keep burned down, if you plan on making it a future plot point. Perhaps the brothers could eventually reclaim their lands and rebuild their keep.
Otherwise, looks good. Apart from that creepy child. Nyeh.
If you don't want the left over CASPIE point, fine. But I shall...conferrrr with my DM brethren on what exactly your trait will mean. Because I'm uncertain.
Name: Robert Rosemont Age: 18 Sex: Male Allegiance: Second Son of House Rosemont. By extension swears fealty to House Baratheon and House Targaryen Physical Appearance: Robert has medium length brown hair and green eyes. He is clean shaven and slightly taller than average. He is also of a rather light build, lacking in muscles. He has to use his wits and finesse rather than brute force.
Spoiler:
Starting Apparel: Red Tunic, Dark Green Cloak, Black Trousers, Black Boots. Equipment: Steel shortsword and steel dagger both in sheaths he carries on his person. Has black and grey padded armour and a circular shield that bears his house's sigil available for when he needs them. Likewise he has a lute and writing equipment although not on his person at the start of the game. Biography: Robert is the second son of House Rosemont. Robert has never been lacking in intelligence but lacks motivation and is a rather lazy person. He is a rather stealthy individual, as a child he was prone to sneaking into places he shouldn't be and taking things he shouldn't take, taking cakes from the pantry and peaking at books which told of terrible battles and various horrors. He likes to stay up late and could sleep to noon if servants didn't wake him. Where Robert does have motivation is music, from an early age he has had a love playing the lute, singing and composing songs. He's also been noted as having a significant concern for the small folk and their well being, he tries to do what he can to improve their lot in life. However this leads many to believe Robert is naive and idealistic, not that such claims are untrue and Robert certainly cares more for morality than he does Realpolitik. Robert has spent most of his life in his hold, only really traveling to other places with his family although he isn't an uncommon sight in the inn of the village in the land his family rules over. Robert has never been in any sort of romantic relationship, he's unmarried and he doesn't partake of prostitution. He's waiting for the right woman to marry or more likely, for his father to decide he should marry. C: 7 A: 7 S: 4 P: 6 I: 7 E: 4 Skills: Sneak, Finesse Weapons, Speech. Traits: (0, 1, or 2) None. Other Info: Robert has studied fine education but has never excelled at it. He can ride a horse but mounted combat isn't happening or if it does happen he'll be terrible at it.
Robert has concern for the small folk although he doesn't fully understand their plight and certainly wouldn't want to trade places with one of them in a prince and the pauper scenario. Still, he buys people drinks at the inn and donates money to provide relief in times of need. His mother has told him that if he wants to genuinely help the small folk he should take his responsibility more seriously and that he could do far more to help them by ruling or helping to rule their lands with a fair and just hand than just buying drinks and giving the occasional handout.
Bisexual although keeps that secret and it is a secret he'll likely take to his grave. Has a comparatively progressive view of women not seeing them as inferior to men, judging each woman on their own merits as he would a man. Takes a dim view of rapists and others who hold women in low regard.
So your character is literally a backstabber Baloth? Very trustworthy. We're all going to be safe around him.
I debated whether to make a son or daughter. A son would allow for more freedom but dealing with the societal expectations placed on women would be interesting too. Hmm.
Really what I decided to do is take your typical slacker character type and make them a noble.
So we have come to solve every squabble in the village personally? The last thing you never see
Hair/Eye colours: For reference, Lord Rosemont has light brown hair and brownish-blue eyes, and Lady Rosemont (due to Connington lineage) has red hair and green eyes. Anything else (in the realm of realistic a.k.a. common colours) could be assumed to have been inherited from a grandparent.
@Hiss: My mistake, I guess I sent you mixed signals when I responded to your PM. I'd just gone over the key bits to make sure that your character and trait ideas were OK, which they were. Really, though, now that you've added in that extra CASPIE point, your actual sheet is good; however, I would like it if you and/or Shadow could devise a House sheet for House Cillinglas, along the lines of the ones in the OP for Houses Rosemont and Wendbridge. Some history and extra info for them should lay to rest most of the concerns that Baloth has already brought up. Other than that, you're approved.
The sheet is largely the same, just with a few minor edits and details, the largest of which being the name-change.

Name: Edmund Rosemont
Age: 16
Sex: Male
Allegiance: Third and youngest son of House Rosemont. Sworn to House Baratheon, under the rule of House Targaryen.
Physical Appearance:
Spoiler:
Edmund takes after his mother's side of the family, bearing the red hair of a noble of House Connbridge. He is of an average height, though his figure is almost too lean for comfort. His eyes are thin and of a rather dull hazel, and a multitude of lightly-shaded freckles dot the lower half of his mousy face. The thin traces of the beginning of a beard are present, though not impressive.
Starting Apparel: A simple dark green doublet with Rosemont heraldry stitched above the heart, accompanied by brown pants, matching boots, and a sword belt.
WEAPONS: A light iron spear than can be wielded from horseback or on foot, accompanied by a shield composed of wood and backed with leather. A dirk is strapped to his belt, though he finds little use for it.
Biography: The third son of Lord Richard Rosemont, Edmund was a sickly babe. His infirmity was heralded by his frequent bouts of silence compared to other babes, and his small size and weight. He carried this frailty for a few years after birth, and many of the denizens of Redgrass had low hopes for his survival to adulthood. He eventually overcame his illness, though he carried its effects even as he grew older. He soon took up a passion for reading and music, forgoing serious combat training, though he secretly envies those who find joy in their skill at bloodletting. Being of such a young age, Edmund has accomplished nothing of note, save achieving a talent at playing the lute and developing a desire to please his peers.
C: 7 A: 7 S: 3 P: 4 I: 8 E: 6
Skills: Speech, Fine Education, Equestrian
Traits: None
Other Info: Edmund has some minor skill with Finesse Weapons, as required of a noble. His small frame also lends itself to his ability to Sneak. He has gained proficiency in the art of music, having a deft hand for the lute and being a fairly good singer.
Though he shares similar interests with Robert, Edmund admires Aemon more. He envies Aemon's martial ability and personality, and wishes to learn from him through study.
I thought on what Baloth said, so I didn't fill in the CASPIE for Beauty. In lieu of attributes, maybe the DM could decide what she would succeed at. Alternatively, I could use CASPIE, but have the dog take a penalty to the total number of points like a child character.

@Kerr; "Tell me: if I'd stabbed the Mad King in the belly instead of the back, would you admire me more?"
@Rook; Unless my co-DMs disagree, I think it best we forego CASPIE for your dog. A dog has less capacity than even a lordling, so yeah. We can determine successes for your dog, but one thing--personality and temperament and such. Is Beauty defensive, aggressive, utterly passive? Cowardly? Brave? And would you and my co-fellows prefer that you control the dog's actions, or that we do? I'm fine either way. The dog just can't, of course, be given a complex command to go to this place and scout it out, as one would expect. This isn't D&D.
I think Rook can describe Beauty's passive actions (just giving presence to the character, e.g. having her play around or follow Edmund or interact with other PCs), and when he actually wants her to accomplish something relatively serious, then he can have Edmund give a basic command (not like going to a place and scouting it out ) and we will DM its outcome (to determine how well Beauty actually interprets the command plus as how successful she is in executing it). And due to dogs having excellent smell and hearing, we could occasionally do a check roll where she may detect any hidden details or objects in the scene. That sound good?
As for Edmund himself, accepted, and you can probably take out "Subject to Change" next to his age unless of course he's one of those famous magical Westerosi age-shifters.
Work in progress due to images being hunted by me.

Name: Donnick Hill Age: 20 Sex: Male Allegiance: (list your role, if applicable) To his own coinpurse and himself. Physical Appearance: Donnick is a 5'5ft tall man with a rather agile figure. His hair is well groomed and seems to always be combed back along with being a dirty blond. His face is narrow but his features are even apart from his nose, which is a bit off centre. His eyes are bright green and his is clean shaven most of the time. At worst, he has a 5 o clock shadow if he doesn't shave. His eyebrows are thin and seem to be on the border of blond and black. He is white but seems to have been outside a lot and is almost tanned. Starting Apparel: (list any armour under equipment, as you will not be starting in it) Donnick is rather fond of his coat ]and usually wears a black velvet tunic along with brown leather breeches under the coat. He also wears brown boots that comes up to just past his ankles. Equipment: Two steel daggers(concealed), lockpicking kit and a leather satchel. For jobs, he wears ankle length boots and black leather trousers with a black long sleeved tunic that and a black hood that covers up all of his face apart from his eyes. It is made of thin material that doesn't hinder his breathing. Biography: Donnick Hill was a [&@%!] of House Lannister but he was never recongised as such and was tossed aside by the wench that a lesser lord of the house [&@%!]. RANDOM SILLY STATEMENT AS SIGNATURE! Praise Sheogorath!
Okay, I'll tentatively add your sheet to the OP because I like to update things, but you need to fill out Physical Appearance and Starting Apparel(*) A$AP, regardless of whether you've found an image or not. (You probably shouldn't have submitted an unfinished sheet.) And if you can't find an image, remember you really don't need one. It can help, sure, but it's equally good to let everyone formulate their own image of the character based on your descriptions.
Also, a couple of backstory things: if he was "tossed aside" by his mother, then how come he remained with her until he was 6? And maybe change "the [&@%!] of House Lannister" to "a [&@%!] [etc.]", as from what I know "the [&@%!] of House Y/Castle X" is typically used for one sired by the ruling lord, not a lesser member.
Name: Arren Rosemont Age: 31 Sex: Male Allegiance: (list your role, if applicable) Uncle, Richard Rosemont's youngest brother. Physical Appearance: Of average height, perhaps 5'11", and weighs a decent amount, though it is muscle. He somewhat favors his older brother, Richard, though his eyes are a more vibrant blue. His hair is a very light brown, verging on blonde. He has a strong jawline, marked by a thin scar from his chin to his left ear that he obtained in a sparring accident with an older brother. Arren is usually clean shaven. Starting Apparel: (list any armour under equipment, as you will not be starting in it) Arren wears a simple dark grey tunic upon which the Rosemont sigil is embroidered. He wears a black pair of trousers and matching boots. Equipment: Arren uses a [&@%!] Sword(hand-and-a-half) which falls in line somewhere between a longsword and a greatsword in terms of size and usage. His armor consists of boiled leather under a chain byrnie which remains light and flexible, though still provides some protection. Biography: Arren Rosemont was the typical youngest child. Babied to the point of rebellion, Arren was apt to escape Redgrass Keep once he reached the age of about 14. These escapades would last only a day and he would always return before night would fall, but he was still punished after each time. This time greatly influenced Arren, and he still vanishes from time to time, usually without warning, only to reappear days or weeks later with a myriad of stories to tell. Because of this spontaneity, Arren is yet to be married. C: 4 A: 8 S: 7 P: 5 I: 6 E: 5 Skills: Force Weapon, Survival, Fine Education Traits: (0, 1, or 2)Blade Dancer - Arren relies on being able move in and out of range of an opponents attack, avoiding a hit and striking when he sees an opening. However, he tends to tire easily because of it. Other Info: Arren loves the thrill of battle, and often spars anyone who cares to.

Cool, I think that's definitely the best system.
Ha, I left that in there next to the age/bio just in case someone wanted a bit more flexibility, but it's all good now.
Name: Aemon Rosemont Age: 20 Sex: M Allegiance: (list your role, if applicable)House Rosemont, House Baratheon, and House Targaryen Physical Appearance: Aemon more closely takes after his Father than his Mother, with the strong jaw and green eyes common to his mother's house. His hair is a messy copper, and, if left uncut, would be as thick as the Wall. He is of average height, and decently well muscled, as he spends the majority of his time when he is not learning to rule practicing swordplay. Starting Apparel: Dull green tunic, black trousers and black boots. Equipment: Weapons: A Steel Longsword for personal use, the hilt engraved with the symbols of House Rosemont.
Armor: Typically a maroon dyed Gambeson, though he can (and has) worn Hauberks and Scale armor pieces before, a small wooden shield for personal use. Biography: The eldest son and heir of House Rosemont, Aemon, named for Prince Aemon Targaryen, was from a young age educated by the finest scholars inside Rosemont lands, learning the history of the world, how to rule, and be a good Lord. Unfortunately, most of it went right through Aemon, whose idea of a good life rested more on glory and valor than a history of frugal ruling. Fortunately for the people of his Father's holdings, Aemon also believes in Knightly chivalry, and although he is no knight, he did not, like so many other would be lords obsessed with glory, become a maniac and rapist. Aemon has dreamed of competing in a grand tourney - and winning, naturally, for most of his life. It remains to be seen if he can pull that off, though the smart money is on "no". C: 4 A: 7 S: 6 P: 5 I: 6 E: 7 Skills: Finesse Weapons, Equestrian, Force Weapons Traits: (0, 1, or 2) One Hander
I'll have the equipment added tomorrow.

@Archer: I noticed you only put 29 total CASPIE points. When it says in the OP that you have 29 points to distribute between the categories, that's on top of the 1 you already get in each stat. So you can actually add 6 more! Aside from that, it all looks good, DM-bro.
@All hail!: All's well, Mr. Heir, sir. Just follow up on that promise and get that equipment and apparel added. Also the green eyes would be from his mother, even though I'll admit I probably suggested otherwise in the Future RP Ideas thread. It's just that I'm treating my post in this thread regarding Lord+Lady's appearances as canon now:
Dirty Spaceman wrote:Hair/Eye colours: For reference, Lord Rosemont has light brown hair and brownish-blue eyes, and Lady Rosemont (due to Connington lineage) has red hair and green eyes. Anything else (in the realm of realistic a.k.a. common colours) could be assumed to have been inherited from a grandparent.
