Free Stuff for Free

Thanks, ran into an issue with it though. The link was sent to email, stating I had a gift. The link from the email brought me to the right page, however clicking the Steam button to retrieve the key said it was already claimed, and did not show up on Steam. Not sure what's up with that one.


EDIT: For clarification, it is claimed to my account (seen when requesting bundle keys). Claims it was already redeemed, but is not in Steam (have restarted Steam as well). Any thoughts?

I would try reading Humble's support pages, or try their key resender. I haven't had anyone else tell me they've had an issue like that, so I don't know what might be the issue.

Alright figured I'd see if you'd run into it before. Already put in a request for help, the Support FAQ pages had nothing.

I've got no keys to give out. I would if each game had their own key instead of bundles now. Have a few games I already had in bundles that are gathering digital dust.

You can get Dragon Age:Origins for free up until October 14th..if you have Origin installed.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown is currently free if you vote in the Golden Joystick Awards. You have to create an account with CVG and Green Man Gaming to get it, though. As I already have XCOM, I'm willing to give away the copy I got for voting.

Everyone probably already knows this, but Metro 2033 is going for free on a website called HumbleBundle for some kind of anniversary. I think it's still going for the next 3 hours, so you might want to go for it now if you want it.

GOG have a sale on at the moment and Mount and Blade is free. Also if you collect stamps on GOG (basically click a button on the front page) for everyday of the sale you get The Witcher 2 and a film The Gamers free.

With this I'll have received both the Witcher 1 and the Witcher 2 both free from GoG. I've also been meaning to try Mount and Blade. Lucky lucky.
