Now that is a pure video game list, as far as comic book characters in games.

1. Spidey (I prefer Scarlet Spider/Ben riley)
2. Deadpool
3. Ah toss up between Gambit Wolverine and nightcrawler

Honorable mentions:
Black Cat. She is just sexy as hell and is a great character.
Kyle Rayner (Green Lantern/ Ion) No he isn't black.
Nightwing. Just awesome. (An old robin for those who didnt know)
