Hey everyone,
I am needing to learn the enchantment "fortify heavy armor" for the new set I intend to craft. Anyone know where I can find a piece of the peerless knights armor, neckless or ring so i can deconstruct to learn the enchantment?
thanks!

As far as I can tell, these items are generated randomly, which means there's no guarantee you'll ever find any of them.
Your best bet would be to get the Speechcraft Perk that allows you to sell any item to any Merchant, because this perk also seems to affect the items a Merchant has in his/her inventory. Then you'll have to make the rounds and check every Merchant, Trader and Fence in the game to see if you can stumble across anything that's of interest to you.

It won't always be called "Peerless Knight", sometimes it's called something else. Check armor descriptions.
Whiterun is usually a pretty good place to find enchantments; there's the shopkeeper just outside Warmaiden's, and the shopkeeper just inside Warmaiden's (sometimes I think they have shared stock but sometimes demonstrably they have different stuff), then there's the general shopkeep Belethor, plus if you know the timing on the cat-people caravan that stops just outside Whiterun, that's a good time too.
Solitude has a fletcher and a smith, plus a general store I'm pretty sure.
Can the gear improve your skill past 100?
Anyways I would not sink a lotta perks into trying to boost magic item availability; if you just check shops every time you can (waiting at least 48 hours before rechecking any particular store) you should get it without waiting too long if your level's high enough.
(like you just won't find a Banish weapon selling under I think maybe level 23 or 27 or something)

The suffix for Heavy Armor is simply "Knight", the Peerless being the mark of a high-level enchantment (you can get "of the Minor Knight" or simply "of the Knight" at lower levels).
You can indeed increase the skill passed 100 by using enchantments, potions and the like.

Baurus: Our job is to get the Emperor out of situations like this. Though I'll admit, things aren't going exactly to plan.
Casandra: At the moment, the deadliest weapon at my disposal is a goblin's head on a stick. I'd be worried if this was the plan.

There are a few odd items in the "Knight" class that affect the Light Armor skill.

OK thanks for the advice everyone.
I am collecting items needed to craft full set of Daedric Armor and just wanted to add fortify heavy armor as added bonus since this will be the last set of armor for me.

If you didn't know already, it doesn't matter how powerful the item you disenchant is. You will still learn the enchantment by disenchanting even the least powerful item.
