Stealth Oriented Mods?

Quite simply I'm hoping for some mod recommendations for stealth oriented characters.

Currently I'm trying Path of Shadows which stealths the Sneak perks and some stealth mechanics, and while these improvements are nice, I still feel that there's a lack of means of distraction for "pure" thief who doesn't use magic (or potion equivalents), in particular for spotting and distracting enemies. I know I can fire arrows for the latter, but it's never felt right as a single alerted enemy can often alert others, plus it's… well, an arrow, which pretty much confirms that there's someone hostile hiding somewhere. It's a real shame that Aura Whisper and Throw Voice are both shouts, as I prefer not to play as the Dragonborn, especially when the whole feel of those quests feel more warrior-oriented.

Anyway, I'd appreciate any recommendations on further/alternative stealth tweaks and additions, but I'm also especially interested in any mods that add new stealth-focused quest lines, as I found the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild quests to be disappointing due impersonal stories, unlikeable characters and worst of all, very little in the way of a stealth requirement.

You might like to try Sneak Tools, it adds some nice gear like noise arrows for distraction, water arrows for extinguishing torches, or rope arrows for climbing walls, as well as new gameplay options like knocking npcs unconscious, slitting their throats or avoiding prosecution by wearing a mask.
