Is this is? The very first result that I clicked and the first of many to return when I entered "Grandmaster of Hlaalu" into Google?

It is the right mod, but unfortunately there are no files to download attached. All other sites seem to be the same.

You're correct, and I never noticed that. I can't find an actual file on any sites to download, but that's one of the drawbacks to older games. Eventually mods are just forgotten about and become "lost".

For that first link, LadyAlmalexia appears to have been active within the last month or two, changing files and settings about that mod, so you can make an account on the Nexus and send her a message asking about it and seeing if there's an available download.
