High end graphics card=still low fps
I recently upgraded from gtx580 to gtx780 but I see no improvement in fps at all. Towns r still 30-40fps, outside towns 60-70 and indoors 80s and 90s. The game also only uses half of gpu and power of graphics card as if the game is bottlenecking it. I don't understand. Is this game mostly CPU hungry or is it capped to certain point or simply nvidia doesn't have up to date eso drivers? I tried to find answers on forums but no luck. Plus seems lots of ppl with this card have this issue. Idk how active this forum is but I'd appreciate any help.

Pretty butch card. I managed to improve my mediocre card viz TESO by installing the game on a SSD. Perhaps the game is constantly referencing large files not kept in memory?Street_Assassin wrote:I recently upgraded from gtx580 to gtx780 but I see no improvement in fps at all. My usual TESO PC is just a Core 2 @ 3GHz, 6GB RAM, with a Radeon 7700 (not a killer card). Before installing on a solid state drive TESO ran at just below high settings, and now it is on ultra++. No idea about the fps, but it looks much better to me. Since I improved the gpu when the hard drive was replaced it is possible the new card was the difference, but it was a 6850, not much worse than the 7700. It's a mini tower PC, so the 7700 card is the best one that would actually fit in the case ...
Hope that helps.

check your ram, processor, as long as u got lots of them ,the display driver will deliver it all.
recommended : 16 gb ram , i7 processor, 4 gb display card.
