I ordered four pounds of Jelly Belly jelly beans online the other day because I'm a [&@%!] adult and I spend my money accordingly. I hope they get here soon. The excitement is too much.

How on earth do they expect those who haven't paid for a £10 ticket to not watch the fireworks in London? It's kinda impossible.

Every year, there is a big firework display in London and has been free but this year, they have decided to charge for it and it's kinda next to impossible to prevent those who haven't paid for a ticket from seeing them. Apart from physically restraining people and forcing them to not watch the fireworks.

What bran though? Four pounds is awesome, but it doesn't mean jack if they aren't like, Starburst jelly beans, or something like 'em.

Ohh, now I ALSO want some jelly beans.

I brought me a Gameboy Pocket today.

I'm happy as hell now. Next month I'll buy a few more games for it from a good site.

Really brings back memories.

I got it from a store here in town that's kinda like a pawn shop. It was $19.99 but they gave me a 30% discount on it and a 35% discount on the 3 games I brought for it.

Yup. But I had one as a kid and I wanted another one. I accidentally messed up the old one I had in the late 90s.

Like I said, brings back memories

Neither. I hate Pokémon. Can't stand 'em.

The Gameboy Pocket is red though. But it has a clear battery cover. I'd like to find a red one to match the Gameboy.

The only thing that I don't like about it is that it doesn't have a backlight. You can't play it in dark places.

Or Metal Gear Solid (AKA Ghost Babel). One of the highest quality Gameboy games in my opinion.

I know there's a Metal Gear Solid game for the Gameboy Color but is there one for the Original Gameboy? The Gameboy Pocket plays the original Gameboy games.

I haven't seen any.

That's right, the Gameboy can't play Gameboy Color games. I forgot that. The MGS game is only for the Color if memory serves.

He said he had a Gameboy Pocket though, not an Advance. Unless they made a Gameboy Advance Pocket as well.... now I'm confused.

I don't think there is any for the original B&W Gameboy. I haven't seen any. But that would be freaking AWESOME to play MGS on my GBP.

That sucks!

If you told me two months ago that I would be religiously watching a show following a washed up, alcoholic colt, following his misadventures, I would've told you that you're full of horse [&@%!]. (In my own opinion) It seems to be in the spirit of Family Guy, but with a tad more plot direction.

I dunno if you've watched it all, but it gets super, super dark later on, and it covers some pretty heavy [&@%!], topic-wise.
It's basically all the feels of that one episode of Family Guy where Brian tries to kill himself in a bank vault, except extended over several episodes.

Jelly Belly, like I said. As an update: it's now Friday, the day that they were scheduled to arrive, and I am at school facing the hard reality that my jelly beans are probably sitting on my front porch and melting. I hate everything.

Not sure how I missed the brand.

They hopefully shipped in a box, so they are probably A.O.K. They'll be waiting to be devoured when you get home!
