Ok so after hours and hours of trying to find a good hand to hand mod, I gave up
For the Unarmored, it's just a simple boost to the variable fUnarmoredBase2
But I don't understand how can I achieve something like this: hand to hand damage now applies to health. I know there's this mod
mw DOT modhistory DOT com/download-51-1039
but it is applied only for enemies AND it still damages the fatigue if certain conditions are met.
So what am I asking for?
How to make something like: whenever the NPC or the PC lands a hit with the bare hands, they do 0 Fatigue damage and instead they do damage based on H2H Skill and Strength Skill.
PS: Does Agility help landing a blow with H2H?
PPS: Do you think a mod like this would interfere with certain quests where you have to knock up an enemy or disable him?

PS: I think Agility does help with accuracy of H2H
PPS: It could interfere in the way of Fatigue damage, but you can always use spells to do the job.

Re: Hand to hand; help
An interesting solution would be a scripted weapon with H2H anim that you force as the H2H you want when you want. This way you can keep it to the situations you want it in, therefore preventing any troubles with quest scripts; also no Fatigue damage to deal with AND you get the weapon to get the attack damage and hit chance to work the way you want them to.
By the way, in the original game, as far as I know, the H2H damage you deal to Fatigue (or Health if the target is out of Fatigue) is based on Speed, not Strength. Don't know whether the hit chance does though.

Re: Hand to hand; help
Here's one from UESP:
I was also wrong though, as the Speed has no effect on that.Hand-to-Hand
(Hand-to-Hand Skill / 2) * Critical Hit Modifier Fatigue Damage or
(Hand-to-Hand Skill * 0.075 * Critical Hit Modifier) / Armor Reduction Health Damage
Hand-to-Hand uses its own damage formula, which does not take Strength (or Condition, obviously) into account. The above formulas describe the damage dealt by a fully-drawn back punch, with Health Damage being dealt only against targets that have collapsed from a lack of Fatigue.
