I have level 100 Enchanting with 5/5 perks in Enchanter as well as one in Insightful Enchanter.
I am a vampire with the Necromage perk therefore all of my enchantments/potions are 25% stronger when worn/drunken.
I have the all three DLCs therefore my Enchanting is fortified 12 points with Ahzidal's Genius and my enchantments are 10% stronger due to Seeker of Sorcery.
Without drinking an Enchanter's Potion I can enchant an item which makes created potions 29% stronger.
My Alchemy is also at level 100 with 5/5 perks in Alchemist and one in Benefactor.
By enchanting and wearing 5 pieces of equipment with Fortify Alchemy (Necklace, ring, bracers, circlet, and Falmer Helmet) and switching to Seeker of Shadows I can make a Potion of Enchanting which in turn will allow for stronger Fortify Alchemy Enchantments.
After going through this cycle a few times my Fortify Alchemy enchantment seems to have peaked at 43% (Actually 53% when worn). By wearing 5 of that enchantment and activating Seeker of Shadows I can create a potion which fortifies my Enchanting 61 points (76 points after drinking). This gives me level 188 Enchanting.
Now before I go creating 50 Potions of Enchanting I'd just like to know one thing. Is there anything else I can do to increase the magnitude of my potions/enchantments?
Note: I am not willing to use the Fortify Restoration Potion glitch or the jail glitch that lets you wear multiple sets of armour since frankly they are overpowered and you really can't reach a maximum with either of them them.

It's not really a glitch, so Fortify Restoration is completely legit. It was actually designed to work that way. If you have a problem with it, just make one potion instead of making a lot of them. Also wear Ahzidal's set.

Re: Maximizing Enchantment Power
Thanks but I'm actually already using Ahzidal's set.
As for Restoration potions I don't really want to do something that UESP editors consider to be "a game-breaking exploit".

I'm a UESP editor and I exploit this game like a corrupt politician. Mostly for Shout cooldowns. But as I said, only use one. Totes legit and as planned by the team.
I'll try to think of some other way, but that's all I see for right now.

Re: Maximizing Enchantment Power
Its a Restoration spell, with a fortify restoration boost applied. Non-issue. Repeat the cycle too far such that it breaks alchemy? Issue.
Bottom line is, the loop is intended - just use it wisely. You've fiddled pretty much every trick I know of to get it as high as you have - is there anything wrong with using the loop to make it so that you only need 1 item of gear to achieve what you already have? Its the same magnitude after all, just far easier to work with.

Re: Maximizing Enchantment Power
Well thanks for all of your replies but I think I'll leave it at that for now. I can can cast spells for free with only 2 pieces of equipment so I'm happy. To be honest Legendary Difficulty is going to turn into a total joke if I make my enchantments any stronger than they are now anyway.

Re: Maximizing Enchantment Power
Just for the record, since you're on the PC: If you have the Unofficial Skyrim Patch installed, that trick with the Fortify Restoration Potion won't work, anyway. They removed that feature, just like they did the Necromage boost for vampires.
