Maramal Stuck in Bee and Barb

Maramal Stuck in Bee and Barb

Ok, so I've recently restarted Skyrim, doing the Thieves Guild questline, I head over to the Bee and Barb to extort Keerava, and Maramal's dialogue about Riften being a den of vice doesn't trigger, and he's just been standing there... Anyone encounter this?

Having the same problem. Except I havent even started the TG questline.

I encountered that. I simply reloaded the savegame.
Baurus: Our job is to get the Emperor out of situations like this. Though I'll admit, things aren't going exactly to plan.

Casandra: At the moment, the deadliest weapon at my disposal is a goblin's head on a stick. I'd be worried if this was the plan.

Are you using the Live Another Life mod? If so you need to visit Helgen and start the main quest. Until you do Maramal can't do his rant about the Dragons coming back due to all the sinners in the Bee and Barb. That or have him hold a wedding for you. That seems to put him back on track.
