Mars, I had a dream with you in it!
We were participating in some sort of voluntary experiment where you'd do a bunch of random tasks while being observed. You were watching two girls fry chicken nuggets when I came up to you and gave you a big hug. Image

Something tells me that I'm not going to be eating eggs for a very long time....
I had two for breakfast (scrambled with onion and spices, then put in tortillas. Little breakfast burrito sort of things) and was fine for most of the day.
Of course, my mother made eggs for dinner, so I think I probably had another two then. Everything kicked in not long after that.

Ye Gods... I haven't had diarrhea this bad in more than three years. I would have gone to bed more than two hours ago (it's after 1am now), but... I can't stay lying down long enough. At this point, I'm thinking of making a little bed in the bathroom. It wouldn't work, though, because the bathroom is absolutely sweltering. The whole bloody house is hot.

Ugh. Not sure if there was something wrong with those eggs or what, but... Blasts. I'm not sure if I have any guts left right now, but everything just keeps going. And going. And going. It's endless. I wish we had something for diarrhea, but we don't. Not much I can do but wait it out.

So... I tried to play Skyrim on my PS3 this morning, but it wasn't cooperating. The console kept freezing, so I gave up and went to play Spore.
I finished my Spore project (the Insects of Byroneth) and then fiddled around for a while. I have since come up with another project. I've only completed two of approximately 24 creatures, though.

In the afternoon, I decided to give PS3 Skyrim another chance. I loaded up my Bosmer character and remembered why I had started a new character in the first place... It's nearly impossible to level pickpocket when your 100 sneak acts like 20 (or below) sneak. Things seem to be able to detect her instantly, no matter what I do.

I got annoyed with that as well and returned to playing Spore.

Eh. I really didn't do much today. Just messed around with Skyrim and Spore, worked out, and watched some TV (not that there's much on in summer).

You know what? I think I'll give going to bed a chance. I can't really stay up for much longer anyway.

Well, this didn't happen today.. or even this week. happened May 25th.

So, the American Justice system.... Allowed to arrest you and hold you for 42 days (exactly 6 weeks) without any substantial proof (or proof at all) of a crime you didnt commit. Anyways, me and my friend were accused of a crime we did not commit. my brother stole 700+ dollars from my mom and i was blamed along with my friend. I was arrested and placed in the Juvenile Detention. I went to a few court hearings, and they wound up dropping the main Felony Theft Charge, but stuck me with a possession charge. They let me out on my 17th Birthday (July 5th). Which in incidentally, in Louisiana, is the age at which you are charged as an adult. So I got out 12 days ago. my mom still thinks i did it and is kicking me out of my house. my brother is in jail for a previous offense. and my friend was already an adult in the State of Louisiana, so he is being charged as such, and is still in jail, with a few more charges under his belt.. all because we were accused of doing something my 'brother' did... seems like the universe or God or what have you, really has it out for me after the last 9 and a half years of my life.

but on a lighter note..

@Mauin i know how you feel... I had a similar problem in the Detention center. Ate a bad chicken salad sandwich.. whole digestive tract was screwed for 3 days. only it wasn't hot in the cell. outside it was scorching, but in that cell in was freezing. ALMOST literally. and my toilet had a dreadful leak, so my floor got soaked, then my feet did, then i was even colder... glad to be out though.

I spent most of my time fiddling around on my PC today. My stomach is still unhappy (though it's mostly just painful now) and apparently my tonsils aren't happy either. The right one decided to release a few larger stones earlier. I had to spend a while digging them out because the feeling of them sitting there was driving me mad. I'm pretty sure that there is still a few more stuck in there. They're all coming from the same crypt. I kinda wonder how [&@%!] big that crypt is because some of those stones have been bigger than my thumb nails.

Yeah... I spent a while playing Skyrim earlier and browsing the Spore site looking for some decent creations.
Other than that, I don't think I really did that much. I did make french toast for lunch. By the time I finished (an hour later), my right foot was screaming at me. The damn crack in the heel is still open. I've been putting moisturizer on my feet, so hopefully it'll stop the crack from drying out and getting larger. Still hurts a lot, though. It goes all the way through the callus.

Eh. I just realized it's nearly 1am. I think I'm going to go to bed.

Yeah a leaky propane grill can be deadly. I'm glad you weren't seriously hurt. Assuming you're not exaggerating in describing your grill I would say it's time for a new one. If it's not as bad as you described it then you may first want to check for leaks on the hose and tank, which can easily be done by spreading soapy water over them. It's possible that it could be as simple as a $10 problem.

I woke up and ate an egg roll for breakfast and then played Dynasty Warriors for about 3 hours. Then I fed the cats, lifted some weights and got on this forum for a while. After that I took a shower and drank a showerbeer. Afterwards I made some Tacos the lazy way by crumbling up some frozen hamburger patties and mixing in some Taco Seasoning, refried beans, and cheese and it was delicious.

I finished it off by mixing in some lemon powder and it was a dozen times better than taco bell and I have leftovers for tomorrow.

Now I'm thinking about watching some TV. Lazy day but whatever.

Fix it? Be far better just to replace the bloody thing >_> it's so rusted that not even the Iron Giant would take it as a snack, and that's saying something. Then again I could just go and grab some duct tape... that fixes everything  Except for my burnt hair, that [&@%!] is gone

I'm sure you're joking and I too admire the versatility of simple duct tape but please just please don't try to fix something that deals with pressurized explosive gas with duct tape.

I made a horrible mistake... In the absence of any other food in the house, I made more eggs for dinner. I'm regretting it already. Even the cat is looking at me weird.

On another note, my tonsils are acting up again. Bloody things. I've got an odd taste in the back of my throat now and it hurts. Meh. It should go away on its own in a few days... Or a week. It depends.

I didn't actually do that much today. I spent a while modding the foods in Skyrim. Mostly just changing the effects, but on some food items -like raw meat- I added a damage health effect (and alcoholic beverages have a damage magicka effect as well). I also added a cooked version of dog meat into the game, but the texture I made is horrible. I might have to grab a random picture of steak or something and fit it onto the mesh for the dog meat. Modifying the vanilla texture to look cooked did not work.

Other than modding Skyrim, I spent a while playing it. There was a lot of food testing going on. I didn't encounter any issues, so I was happy with that.
I did watch some TV earlier as well, but there really isn't anything on. Probably not until next week.

Now... It's getting late again, so I think I'm just going to go to bed.

Trying to replace the headliner in my car but it's been raining again. This weather is crazy and is making working on the car difficult. Ambient temperature is in the 90s but since I'm in the sunlight it's in the 100s and due to the on/off rain here by the beach humidity is so thick that you can feel it constantly. AND being inside the car doesn't help.

But hey if those are my worst problems then life ain't so [&@%!]. (Blind Mellon reference, hope hippie caught that)

....how did you burn your face? Even with a busted grill that's an odd thing to pull off (no offense). My guess is that your igniter or whatever wasn't working and you tried it the manual way.

I've had the joys of putting out a grill fire once. The grease trap was full of grease and caught fire. And of course, grease trap is immediately over the tank and lines.

What has the Dovah been up to of late you ask? Oh the usual, plotting the downfall of Musicman,AKB, Beta, Rippi, plotting to take over the world, staring at paint for several hours, sacrificing babies every monday to appease Monday.

Or i've been very busy at work. I may have attended a work event on the 11th on a beach in another town. I may have enjoyed it. I may have got a bit lost and took a scienic route from the train station to the beach.

Before that, i had my 4 month review and literally had no negative feedback. I am the God of Admin, bow before I for i shall input data into your spreadsheets, very hard. Oh yeah. ;) Or it went very well and i'm an excellent apprentice with a big ego.

I climbed most of a mountain today. I say most because we saw a group of people at the summit throwing rocks, so we turned back. Its a nice day, too so I got some sun. :D It was a strong hike, except for this middle part that freaks me out whenever I do that trail. Its maybe 2 ft across and straight down about 350 feet to the side. Its intimidating--one wrong move and a person could tumble.

Anyway, now its time for some halibut dinner and a Skyrim session. Yay!

So today I had my little finger smashed in a door. I had no idea how unappealing the color black was until I saw it under my nail.

After that little incident, I went to Church with my family and basically did basically nothing for the rest of the day.

Today it was 90+ degrees out. So, for karate, our sensei had us lightly jog about 1/4 mile to the edge of a nearby lake and we had our class in the shallows. It was different - some parts were easier because you're light in water, and some parts were harder because of water resistance when trying to move fast. It definitely kept us nice and cool, though, and was an awesome change of pace from the usual class.

Sounds like you had a lot of fun Alarra! :)

Today, i er... I kinda forgot how to answer calls on my work blackberry. On the plus side, i get paid on Friday and then, i'll try not to blow all of my cash on books and dvds from charity shops. Oh and it turns out that i'm meant to do 37 hours per week not 35. Thankfully, my manager is not going to make me make up the 100s of hours that i would owe if i changed a part on my timesheet. I wasn't told about the times when i started apart from it was 9-5 and we both didn't notice it untill last week. I just need to cut my lunch breaks from 1 hour to just half an hour 4 days a week, 1 hour 1 day a week. I currently owe 3 hours of work but i'll make that up by coming in early(as usual) or overtime. Played some DAO, lurked in chat, harrassed the roleplayers in the RP forum. the usual.

So there I was, just minding my own business by the computer. I glance to my right, towards the living room to see if any of the cats are there. What do I see? A bird. There was an actual [&@%!] bird in my living room. Sure, I'd left the door slightly ajar so that the cats can come and go but it's not open by much, I wouldn't be able to get out without opening the door more. So, how the hell did a bird get into my living room, and why?

But I know the poor thing is never going to find it's way out again unless I open the door properly, and maybe a window or two. Not surprisingly the bird freaks out when I move towards the door and heads off to some other part of the house. But with the door properly open I use it's fear of me to herd it back to the living room where it promptly disappears out to freedom.

And so ends the tale of the little bird who wanted to visit my living room.

It was fortunate for the bird that the cats were out somewhere or the situation might have gotten tricky.

I think I spent most of my day messing around with Oblivion. I downloaded a bunch of texture replacers for the cities and then spent a while editing them to suit my preferences. That took a few hours since I had to go through a couple hundred textures and make all the tweaks here and there.

After that, I had lunch and watched TV for a while. That got a little boring, so I wound up writing multiple short stories for Seryna. I don't think any of them are any good, but... Meh. It's a start. I can rewrite them tomorrow or some other time.

Once I finished writing the last story, I shuffled back to my computer and started messing with Oblivion again. This time, while I was messing with character creation, I realized that I really didn't like the warpaints and whatnot added by OCOV2. I took the time to replace the warpaints in the age slider with the already present freckles and whatnot. Much better. No more out-of-place looking warpaints to annoy me. I spent a while playing Oblivion, but apparently it decided it wants to start crashing again.

Anyway... I think I'm going to go to bed. It's getting late.

Yesterday was my church's picnic. Good food, good polka music, had fun. I won a couple prizes in the different games and raffles: a tablecloth (that does actually happen to fit my table) in the one game where they use all the random items that are donated and it's really common to win prizes, a cake in the cake walk ($1 to buy a number on a wheel, they spin it, and if your number is the one, you win a cake) which I brought to work today, and then in the basket raffle I won a car care basket, which appears to include cleaning supplies and a shop-vac.

Today my work had their employee picnic at a baseball game. The city team lost 14-5.
