Sotha Sil Expanded Corridor of Machines trouble

[Malfar]

I just don't have a slightest idea on how to restore the corridor of the machines. Now, I noticed the three chests with cog, cylinder and soulgem, I found and put some fabricated cogs, cylinders and soulgems there, but nothing happened. I visited (I think) every console in every room and they all give out errors and tell that I have to clear something out. Aetherium-something console works, turning something on and off. So, I'm stuck. Can someone help?
