I have been in Seattle for four days.
Not one of these days has it rained, or been entirely overcast.

This is a deceptive lie.

Decided to necro this considering Ireland is in the middle of a heatwave, and it was a good thread.

I just saw a storm cloud on the distance, electricity crackling inside of it. It was nice to see, even if I am an uncomfortable distance from my UPS.

It's a cool 95 here, and 100 with humidity. And I work outside. Storms supposedly this weekend will hopefully cool it down.

There's been bad weather in the Midwest the last few days. In the southern part of the state, there were tornado watches. Here, the worst we got was last night's storm - it was bad enough that a siren went off in town when they issued a warning for it, and it woke me up several times in the night, but we missed the 60-mph winds and quarter-sized hail that some parts of the county were supposed to get.

As far as temperature, it's been around 80 degrees lately, I guess.

So, what, it's 60 degrees?
>_>

It's been in the 80's here for a while now. We've been getting rain a lot (which is really weird considering we're in the Rockies' rain shadow), and everything is scary green.

It's raining heavy outside with thunder and I'm probably going to lose my power which sucks. It's rained literally every other day this week and the mosquitoes are getting horrible so hopefully it stops sometime soon.

Mosquitoes are the worst! They get really bad over here hence why I wear jeans even during the FL summer. I can take the heat but the constant swatting at mosquitoes is just [&@%!]. Oh, and they carry crazy diseases which have no cures or vaccines.

It's extremely humid here at the moment and it's too stuffy and hot. It's like going into the tropical houses that they have in those places where they have those ( zoos? *shrug* :s ) Boo, Summer!
