A little lonely island with only Daveh and scribbane.
So do you pronounce Daveh as Dave H. or Dah-veh? Or something different?

Hugh Grant is such a pleasant actor. Yeah, he plays the same character in every one of his films, but I don't care. I just enjoy his stuff.

Robocop could defeat the T-800 if he had access to powerful weapons and reinforced his armour but he wouldn't stand a chance against the T-1000 due to the nature of that terminator. The T-800 barely managed to kill it and he had to use a pit of molten metal.philfredobob wrote:Terminator probably wins the fight (either type, really), but Robocop had the better film.
Terminator's just a bit too flexible, in any of its forms. Robocop is tough, but he breaks.

Re: General Discussion
Wolv would win hands down. Healing factor plus all that adamantium, there's a reason he could go toe to toe with Hulk<_< not bc he could dish out the most damage, but bc he could take it

Re: General Discussion
Problem with that is that the Terminator can just as easily get his hands on heavy weaponry as Robocop can.Thelastdovah wrote:Robocop could defeat the T-800 if he had access to powerful weapons and reinforced his armour but he wouldn't stand a chance against the T-1000 due to the nature of that terminator. Robocop is just too slow, he's built for taking on street criminals, not mass-murder machines from the future.
@ the wolverine thing: How about a cross dimension fight: Wolverine vs The Green Lantern?

Re: General Discussion
Term Vs Robo: Keep this in mind, Robocop is also more creative(bc of his human side) and he's damn near indestructible. The terminator however.. has been beaten by some pretty conventional means. He's certainly tougher than any human, but he is far from being the strongest robot. Hell, ust to prove a point he wouldn't even stand a chance against Iron Man
Wolv Vs Green: Green Lantern hands down. Anything Wolv can do he could ust counter or stay out of reach.. Wolv's only advantage is that he can take a good beating.. but he has limits<_< or you could incapacitate him via brain damage(which heals VERY slowly) or just knocking him unconscious along with various other means

Re: General Discussion
Robocop may be quite smart, but the Terminator isn't dumb. Like he says, he's a learning computer. He can adapt just as much as Robo.
Ok, never mind Wolverine vs Green Lantern, how about the Hulk instead? (vs GL)

Re: General Discussion
Hulk wins against almost everything, no joke. Standard Hulk isn't much of a problem... but once he gets mad enough he's in a whole new tier of 'Your [&@%!]' I mean, if you can literally punch reality and win against something nobody else could even harm. Keep in mind, Bruce Banner is one of the smartest fellows on Earth, and the Hulk is limitless in regards to his power. The strongest he's ever been is when Banner was completely removed from control.. yeah he could punch reality and do the impossible like I mentioned earlier.. but he was down right savage and didn't have a thought in his head. Is it sad when just about every life form is now officially smarter than you?
Now in that regards, the strongest and certainly the most dangerous when Banner is still present is none other than World War Hulk. The duo are working perfectly, his state of mind is keeping him in a unstoppable anger despite his level headed and calm composure.. We're talking about somebody who not only is more than a genius, but is as strong as he is smart<_< only superhero who could take him on was Sentry.. who's powers also hold no limit. Their fight was so intense that both their powers just burnt out and they had to finish the fight as mere humans. And keep in mind, Sentry is nearly identical to Superman.. minus the tenacity for ripping people in half..
My point is, Green Lanterns only advantage is that he can fly even in space.. Hulk can jump.. crush.. and crush some more

Re: General Discussion
Hulk once survived being nuked. If he can survive that and being shot into space, he can probably shrug off what latern throughs at him. I mean, he did beat up a god and i think he has killed a god or two in the comics.
