Paras looked at Naragei and cleared his throat. "Good job picking that lock Argonian, regardless of the end, there are definitely some bright spots to look at from all of this. Besides, if you hadn't tripped me while I was invisible I may have killed a member of the guild, and how would that have looked to Maro?" he said with a slight laugh. Paras's stomach rumbled, "hmm, I wonder if there is any food around here," he wondered aloud, "t'would be a shame to have to resort to sneaking ingredients from the alchemy room."

Raven shifted her attention to Dominic. She brought up her hand to her chin, as she added a small dramatic pause "Mmmm.. Maybe.." Then she snapped her finger as if in conclusion "But only if you promise to behave?" She could not help but finish with a wink, certainly teasing him unlike she had with the orc for the moment

"You never know until you try," Two-Shadows said slyly. He sheathed his dagger and looked back at the Imperial. "So what will you be doing this evening? Finding a bed like the others?" the Argonian asked.

"Dar'Virr must admit he is slightly disappointed by this news," the Khajiit said, trying to look pitiful for a moment before his smile returned. "No matter, though. We will do what we will on this night of shadows." His squeezed Tsiani closer to him. "So do we eat or thief first?" he asked quietly.

Raven

"It's the scars, right?" Dominic asked. "Females are intrigued by scars." He clapped Maugrim on the shoulder and said, "I guess that's my cue to leave you two alone." He began to move toward the stairs. As he passed Maugrim he once again looked at Raven. He took her hand in his as he spoke, "The offer stands, m'lady. A warm bed and a warm heart any time you need one." He brought the Breton's hand to his lips and placed a gentle kiss on it before letting it go.

Raven could only help but show an expression of content "So charming.." She flashed a smile, playing along with the events

However in complete contrast, as soon as he let go of her hand, she could only think "Yeah.. I think I'll just pass on the offer.. last thing I need is to share a bed with the likes of him.." If not for her self control and natural acting, the breton would of likely snatched her hand away when he reached for it at first

"You're right, I guess we could've done worse," Naragei said. "Hmm, I reckon the guild should have food somewhere. I could go for a filling meal right now.."

"Well, assuming all of our soon to be guild-mates aren't already taking care of the mating part, we could go ask one of them," Paras thought aloud. "Or of course, we could take the exit and get food elsewhere."

Had Raven been able to read Dominic's mind she would have heard, Warm bed and heart behind a locked door, Harlot.

The Weapons Master continued toward the stairs, not looking for conversation at the moment, but most likely open to it.

With a nod, Paras walked out of that room and back to the staircase. Once most of the way down, he saw Dominic. "Excuse me sir, but is there a guild mess hall or is the idea that we steal our food?" Paras inquired.

"We have a kitchen just off of the dining hall," Dominic replied. "You can go through the crafting room or the weapons room to get back," he continued, pointing at the door to his right and then left as he mentioned each room. "But if you want something other than bread and cheese you'll have to go into town."

Paras nodded, "thank you sir, I'm sure bread and cheese will be enough for now. And once again, sorry about telling you to fall down and bleed to death. Not one of my best moments." With that, Paras went to the weapons room, and then to the dining hall.

Lalussa observed Raven as the breton applied her skills on the man and was leaning on the wall. "Going to bed now?" She asked the breton. "Or still breaking into some sod's house to find two soft beds?" She asked her companion before yawning.

The hallway leading to the dining room was shown to have a door just before reaching the dining room. It would most likely lead to the kitchen.

"I think I'll just play it safe and rent a room at the nearby Inn, after all I need to spend those septims I won on something.." Raven replied "Then again.. if somebody really wanted to impress the guild, I hear there are plenty of beds over by the jail? Getting in without ever being caught.. tricky to do indeed.. much different than breaking out, yes?"

Paras opened the door to the kitchen, prepared to make himself a sandwich.
I wonder what type of bread they have. Let's see... do they have white or rye bread...or pumpernickel? I guess it depends on the meat inside... and the cheese. Hmm, except Dominic said that there wasn't meat, just cheese...

Naragei followed Paras to the dining hall, looking forward to filling his rumbling belly. He recalled a jaunty little tune he had heard from a beggar in Leyawiin. Cheese and bread, bread and cheese, I can eat it with ease! Bread and cheese, cheese and bread, I'll eat it until I drop dead~!

But nobody ever saw the beggar in question eating bread and cheese, which was odd. Naragei had always suspected bread and cheese had some kind of hidden meaning among beggars.

"Nah, i've heard the beds in the jail are [&@%!]." Lalussa told Raven with a smile. "I'll think i'll just use the boring option of finding a bed here instead of breaking into a house by myself." Lalussa said to the breton.

The kitchen was small with only a single cupboard standing against the left wall, a kettle over a fire pit in the far right corner, and a rack of pots and pans hanging from the right-side wall.. A single cylindrical hole in the ceiling was over the fire pit to allow smoke to escape. If they were to open the cupboard, the Breton and Argonian would find two thirds of a loaf of wheat bread and half of a yellow cheese wheel, cheddar was the likely type.

Paras opened the cupboard and made himself a small sandwich with this wide selection of food, and went into the dining room to eat it.

Melaris was in the dining room now, sitting at the table closest to the door Paras had entered. She was enjoying some roasted chicken with a mushroom cream sauce, green beans and mashed potatoes. She paused after taking a sip of a deep burgundy wine and looked at Paras and his sandwich.

Paras's eyes bulged for a moment after seeing Melaris's meal, glanced back at his sandwich, and back to what she was eating. He sat down across from her. "Hello again Melaris."

"Evening, Initiate," Melaris responded evenly. "Enjoying your bread and cheese?" her lips moved slightly as if to smile or laugh. She was obviously amused.

What was the next verse? Breese and chead, chead and breese? No..

Naragei yawned as he came out of the chicken with a sandwich. His nostrils flared as the scent of roasted chicken hit him. "Ah, it's our alchemist friend. How do you do?"
