Bosmer just wants to make a profit. Bosmer doesn't care if you are khajit, nord, Madgod, Dagon, Musicman, Imperial or any other race unless you are the annoying fan.

Eltee is accepted!
Let's say you can have three starting spells in each magical discipline, with others purchasable later. I'll add that to the OP and character sheet.

Re: Shadow Hide You
Did an edit to mine to include spells. They were Invisibility, Muffle and Charm for Illusion, and detect life (technically an alteration spell in Skyrim) unlock, and telekinesis for Alteration.

If it's in a bottle and warm, we may be best returning it to it's owner. I mean, no-one wants a warm beer or worse, a warm bottle of liquid.

Re: Shadow Hide You
Now the real question is if we can actually steal from merchants like in Morrowind, or if they keep all their wares in a merchant's chest 5 feet below the floor.

Character Name: Valus Arius
Race: Imperial
Age: 18
Background: Valus grew up in a wealthy family that lived within the Imperial City. His parents hardly ever got along, and his father actually abused some illegal substances that were available. When Valus was 9, his father came home during a high and killed his mother. Luckily, Valus wasn't there to witness the murder, and Valus' father has been locked up within the Imperial City prison ever since. Valus was then adopted by a group of Akatosh-worshipping pilgrims, to who he grew very close. The group traveled between cities, and sometimes even visiting other continents, including the outskirts of Morrowind and southern Skyrim. Valus never really gave into the religious side of the group, but he came to enjoy their company. One lesson he did learn and valued from the pilgrims was the ideal that one should never kill, and pacifism is the answer. Unfortunately, when Valus was 14, the Pilgrims were slaughtered in the night by a Necromancer and his thralls. However, because Valus was so small is stature, he was able to sneak away before he could be spotted by the Necromancer. With nowhere else to go, he made due to the Imperial City, as it was the closest city and the city he originally called home. He was poor, as the pilgrims only kept enough money to feed and properly nurture themselves. Because of this, he was forced to live with the homeless by the waterfront. Starvation set in after a few days of scavenging meager amounts of food from the streets and begging. After a period of 24 hours of no food, he got desperate. He needed money. He was still fairly small, and could sneak around well. Valus broke into a house within the city and stole a few expensive items and a small amount of gold. He felt a little bad about it at first, but was very pleased that he had as much money as he did just from one small heist. Over the past 4 years it escalated as he got better and better at thieving, and even attained some renown by fellow thieves as someone who works very well with locks. He's been to jail twice, but for very minor crimes. He's by no means rich, but he has his own house by the waterfront, along with a good amount of gold saved up to purchase a larger house within the City.
Physical description: Very small for an 18-year old Imperial boy. About 5'3" and 95lbs. He has very short dark hair, and is clean shaven.
Equipment: Shirt, shoes, pants. A pouch with many lockpicks.
Major Skills: Lockpick, Sneak, Pickpocket
Minor Skills: Restoration (Healing, Heal Other, Turn Undead), Unarmed, Speech
