Were you in the air before you went to the Nether? Entering/leaving the Nether turns off fly mode.

There's no jungles in this world.

I have searched the entire continent and even parts of the neighboring continent, and not a single jungle.

I've searched thousands of tiles out in a few directions and I haven't found any either. Mind, I also haven't found any mega taigas or any kind of snowy biomes.

Yeah, it's really strange. There's a lot of the same birch forests and roofed forests but nothing else.

I'd rather stay as we are. We can get jungle wood so I don't care if it's there or not.

We haven't explored everything; I'm confident there'll be a jungle in there somewhere. If not, I can always WorldEdit one up.

Yeah, it'd be too much trouble to start over at this point.

Plus<_< you can always just go crazy and make a jungle.. then later edit the biome to match. Hell, you could make a paradise, an ancient civilization. Wouldn't be that bad of a place to live really though talking from experience.. any underground network would easily dwarf the jungle itself.

However.. if you set mob griefing to false within the area.. it would make a pretty cool arena

But I should digress. If ppl want certain wooden planks<_< cocoa beans, the jungle logs, or the actual trees via saplings.. just use command or creative. Hell, having the saplings in open storage or creating a farm is enough for any to start their own supply

Somebody grew a jungle tree in creative a while ago... I've cut this tree down and plan to build a jungle tree farm or artificial jungle in the desert, for everyone to publicly use.
So, all hail the great and mysterious Mother Tree.

Your client lies. Mine does the same, and if you refresh a few times it'll let you on.
