I am considering buying Skyrim for PC so I can get my hands on all the goodie mods. But I am wondering if the Specs will allow smooth gamplay.
HP Pavilion G6
AMD E2-1800 APU
8 GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7340 Graphics
Thanks.

Don't see why not, twice my laptops RAM, and mine runs somewhere between high and medium.

It's running pretty well. It staggers on high, but that's default High. I haven't got into advanced options. I am getting a floaty mouse on menu's but it is bearable. It doesn't feel floaty or laggy at all in game. Just menu's. Got a few mods so far
Having fun with a new character on a different system.

Easiest way around a floaty mouse on menus is to plug in your 360 controller and use that...

Ahhhh thanks for that. I'll give it a go. It is bearable though as I get no mouse lag during actual gameplay.

Re: Will my Laptop Specs Run Skyrim?
It should just plug in and work, unlike Oblivion where you have to fiddle around...
