Sotha Sil Expanded, Help ??

So, i have recently downloaded this most supreme mod from the Moddb. Everything went just fine until i came to the Garden of Akatosh, when i had to un-corrupt a corrupt tree by travelling through time. I have no idea how to sucseed at this and would appreciate if i could get some help. Thank you

1.) Go to stage 3 and prune the tree
2.) Go to stage 4 and collect the pure life seed
3.) Go to stage 1 and prune the corrupt seedling
4.) Go to stage 2 and plant the pure life seed
5.) Go to stage 3 and harvest the pure sapling
6.) Go to stage 1 and use the "reset" lever, then prune the corrupt seedling again.
7.) Go to stage 2 and plant the pure sapling
8.) Go to stage 3 and there will be a message saying you have restored life to the tree. You can now leave the corridor of life.

If you haven't yet restored the corridor of machine, do that now. If you have, travel back inside the hall of fabrication hub place and go around the ring until you see a main lever with many other levers around it and two green lights. Press that lever and a door will open behind you. Go down the stairs and collect the piece of god, then travel to the clockwork city via the lever on the pillar.

Also I agree the mod is the most supreme mod ever, believe me it only gets better from here. The actual clockwork city itself takes a lot of time, but once you get past it you will be VERY well rewarded.
