"The Daggerfall Covenant is formed by the three races of northwest Tamriel , united by High King Emeric to fulfill a common goal and take back the Ruby Throne.
The Bretons have the gifts of magic and diplomacy. The Orcs are stalwart soldiers and talented armorers who manufacture the finest weapons and armor in all of Tamriel. The Redguards are supremely athletic, and raised to be outstanding warriors from the moment they’re born.
The Daggerfall Covenant’s varied talents make it a force to be reckoned with."

- Know the best builds for your class and your selected role and understand how to use them at a maximum level – We want you to be able to perform to the best of your ability at the role you have selected to act as in game.
- Be able to receive constructive criticism and learn from your mistakes - Leave your ego at the door. We all make mistakes as individual players, and as such expect you to be able to take criticism without a major hassle. Learn from your mistakes and become a better player because of it, rather than making excuses.
- Be prepared - Show up on time during raid days. Be ready to go with the items needed!
- Know what gear you need (BiS) – Be able to discuss how an item will benefit your build and understand how to maximize your gear to its fullest potential.
- Have a headset and be able to communicate in voice chat (Ventrilo) - You are not required to speak; HOWEVER, you are required to listen.
- Be able to run any approved 3rd party add-on or parser.
- There is no "I" in team, but there is a "me." While raiding requires a high level of individual performance by each member, it also requires all of those members to work together in a fluid manner.
Please keep in mind that although we may not be looking for certain roles at certain times, we are always willing to accept skilled players into our group if they are able to showcase their abilities as both a player and individual in the best way possible, while at the same time providing a competent skill level that we seek.

*If need be, new content may extend raid days and times. Generally we do try to adhere to a strict raiding schedule for purposes of family and personal life
